What a great place. The manager treated us like kings and queens. We really felt like we were at the round table of Camelot! A wonderful selection of draft beer and of course the best pizza in the world!

We called and made an order at 5:21 PM. The lady over the phone told us 45-50 minutes for delivery. I understand it is a Friday night so we expected the delivery to take longer, but not up to almost 3 hours. Round table used door dash for this delivery so we were in contact with him. He sent me a picture of the DoorDash line and said he can see our food in the warmer, but no one is coming up to serve anyone else in front of him. I sit here as I watch our time for delivery going up… my boyfriend had to drive over there and pick it up our self and demand that our delivery fee be taken off. I usually love Round table, but the Patterson location needs lots of help.

The store Manager Sandra is exceptionally great. She not only made my order correct but was very friendly. She kept apologizing for the mistake by the call center. I will patronize this Round Table Pizza in the future just because of Sandra. Have a problem go ask for Sandra, she really cares about this business.

Arrived at restaurant 11:15am, was nice and cool inside (hot day) and the place was currently being cleaned/swept etc. The worker kindley asked if we were ready and then came over to help us. He washed his hands before taking the order.(clean) We placed our order for boneless wings, 1 medium pizza & 1drink. He I believe his name was Johnathan/John was very kind gave us a number, said he will make the pizza and wings and bring them over to us. We sat down, table was clean and had all normal condiments for a pizza place. I noticed while he had the pizza baking he was finishing sweeping and cleaning. It was pretty fast And the food was brought to us. I had been craving Road table for some time and it met all my expectations, we were very satisfied. Will definitely be back around for more and about the same time so we get great service. It was nice to visit Road table again since we had not had it for awhile. Thank you S&P.

Order online. Got there the pizzas not ready. They took over an hour. They said that their delivery guy made a mistake and took the wrong one's. Ridiculous!
Round Table Pizza used to be the pizza staple. Now your not. Super stingy with the toppings even if you ask for extra and pay for it. Let's see we forgot to agg the extra sausage it's going to take longer that's just the icing, I understand they are franchises but I'm 56 years old you guys have really gone down the toilet.

Went into round table and told a worker the had pizza sauce all over the parking lot the make worker said he name is Johnathan and said his manager said it wasn’t their problem curb appeal and customer service has gone down she wouldn’t give her name at all

I have been coming here for two years and the people are very kind but always not enough staff and the soda machine is broken. It smelled like sewer gas for months due to some sort of drain problem. Why is the salad bar never ready? Because they do t have enough staff I guess. It’s not cheep so it should be up to par! I go to the two locations in Manteca from time to time and never have these problems. It’s just not worth coming here anymore as there is always something to kindly excuse. I can say the people who have provided service have always been very kind and understandably apologetic! Why are the plates always covered in thick water spots and often a few missed food particles, is the dishwasher in the same condition as the soda machine?I will not come back because the management seems to simply be cheap!
