This has been my go to location for many years. It recent years, before and after the remodel, the cleanliness of the store has really gone downhill. Just yesterday I was once again very disappointed in the condition of the bathroom. It is something I have mentioned to the staff a few times.

I used to love this Starbucks pre-renovation. However, I visited today and received a grande instead of a venti (For $7.65). They offered to remake my drink but continued to give me yet another grande instead of a venti. There's no accountability from that specific barista and my time was wasted.

You and your dog could be dying of thirst they will rudley say no you cant buy a large water or drinks at drive thru unless your in a car. Ok well pizza hut express sure didnt have a problem selling my dying of thirst dog a drink. Sometimes there’s exceptions to the rules. Like a dog panting excessively. Im not buying gift cards from starbucks no more. I like to patronage businesses that are caring and compassionate humans. Thanks ken and karens because rules are rules even if your dying of thirst.

A Starbucks you should stop at if you are driving on the I5. Firstly it’s a Starbucks so it’s pretty hard to wrong with that. Also the views are incredible from the front.
