After ordering at the drive-thru this Starbucks had me park by their door so they can bring me my coffee (like the fast food places sometimes do). I ordered an iced brown sugar shaken espresso and the lady that helped me said they're waiting on some shots. 10 minutes had gone by and nobody came out. I realized they forgot about me when the lady that had helped me gasped and expressed and o.m.g when she saw me at the counter. I stopped by this morning out of convenience trying to save time by not making a coffee at home. It wasn't even busy when I was there.

I'm glad the bathroom was decently clean and the coffee was good. I ordered a tall iced coffee with a lot of room for whole milk. The person behind me got their drink before me... That happens. I had to wait quite a bit longer. I finally got my coffee. When I asked for milk, the person told me to let them know next time so they can get it. ??? It sounded kinda rude. I regret tipping 25%. (The tag said with room so clearly they heard that part of my order, and I don't know what the room would have been for.)

Baristas are pleasant and friendly and willing to help out pick out your flavor.Update: Not sure whats goingbon but this last time my Strawberry Acai Resfresher was missing Strawberrys. Tasted like water with pink food coloring in it. My chocolate Croissant's dough was tough. Croissant was made differently. Very disappointing
