Stopped by this morning and ordered a white chocolate mocha, well I get to work and find out that it’s a hot chocolate instead. Will never stop here again.

I've been to this location a few times and it's great. However, on my current trip, I mistakenly ordered here based on where the Starbucks app showed my location. Well I had already passed them but called immediately. Very nice person answered and called the next store on my route to make my order. That type of customer service is almost unheard of these days. Thank you.

Rude! I just couldn't do it anymore. I was so tired of attitude from the drive-thru that I stopped buying coffee from them. I give all my business to Dutch Bros now, very friendly and now I'm content.

Worst Starbucks experience ever . I went thru the drive thru I had orderd 2Drinks I payed about $12 total and I gave 20$ and the girl that was handing me my drinks her name was tanya I believe or tania the point is she didn't really hand me my money she just let the money go when she opened the drive thru window it was about 8$ of change and all she did was laugh and I told her what can she do about it and the girl said nothing that I can get out of my car and go get the money as if I were a dog ! Mind you she was laughing the whole time super unprofessional I will not recommend this StarbucksAnd never go back !

Surprised of the bad reviews that others have for this location. The world doesn't revolve around you. This Starbucks is run by real great people. Store manager knows customers by name and all are welcoming and always give their best. There may be times of the day that gets so busy so it's expected for orders to take long. It's rarely that I see them short staffed because unfortunately it happens to mostly every businesses. They make mistakes sometimes but that's also expected because we are all prone to do that, it's called "humans". Showing grace will never disappoint you. Very grateful for this store and the people that make this store special.

Nice clean looking newer store.The two times this week I was there their speed of service is slow.
Today I decided to go for a coffee with my family and first when I arrived before ordering the woman who took the order said that they were late and it would take 10 to 15 minutes our surprise was half an hour I ordered a coffee frap when I tried it it didn't taste like coffee it tasted more sweet than coffee I asked the woman if I could do something about it and she said if we put an extra hot chat this is the dirtiest and worst thing I've tried very dissatisfied

This place has the most people I've ever seen behind the counter working, yet it takes a 20 minutes to do a mobile order, 5 minutes after you order it. These are the slowest workers in all of California.
