TOGO'S Sandwiches

Excellent customer service, very good ingredients and a general positive atmosphere. Thank you :)

Bread was stale and Bland. Turkey tasted very low quality. Avocado squashed out when rolled up making a big mess. I'm from the SE of the US and Publix grocery store deli subs would put them to shame.

I went to pick up an online order the sandwich was made with all the stuff that I didn’t want got home and had to pick it apart. 1 week later I thought I’d give it another try but this time they made the sandwich correct but put way too much mustard to the point it was dripping out and the bread was as if they dipped it in water. It also had a whole bunch of pickles as if they ran out of peperoncinis so just used a ton of pickles. The first time it was an older lady that made it and the 2nd time she helped the new girl make it. But I think she’s the one that needs to be retrained on how to make a sandwich

The last straw has been pulled. Togo's was my favorite sandwich and I was even willing to pay the overly exorbitant 17$ price for the sandwich because I always remember togo's was very generous with their meat and it was still worth it. Until now. When I opened my sandwich and found 1/4 of the meat I am used to seeing. Alas, it is time to say good bye to togo's as it is simply not worth it anymore.

The service, product is out standing

Great selection of delicious sandwiches. Very helpful and friendly staff. Plenty of seating indoors, and there's outside benches in nearby patio where kids can run around. Nicely located in shopping ctr.

Good service. Friendly staff. The only thing I would change is to have the staff ask if the person they're helping if they have a Rewards instead of the customer telling them they have one

Absolutely the Best service always!!I work at greatclips so I'm there alot,Linda the manager is so nice and always just great to say the least!!! All the staff is super friendly. Had the opportunity to meet the new owner Jaz last night as well, so friendly and down to earth,great sandwich also...

It just gets worse at this location. 10/9/22 @ noon. The staff is clueless, disrespectful and ignorant to good business practices!! This experience is one of the worst I can think of because it was all 3 staff members including the manager. My wife ordered a Triple dip, the response was WHICH ONE, then server went on about roast beef, turkey and pastrami, which did my wife want. My wife pointed out that all 3 meats come on the TRIPLE DIP, hence the name. Servers eyes rolling and whatever the other gestures, manager silently observing. When I ordered A CHEESE STEAK, I was berated as to which, chicken, pastrami or steak, I said the CHEESE STEAK #33,again I was scolded because I didn't refer to it the way they do inside the store. Well I'm not a TOGOS employee. AGAIN the manager standing observing silently while servers disrespect paying customers. One of the servers told us in a nut shell to shut up we're going to get our sandwiches! All 3 stood laughing when we declined our order, giving thumbs up when I asked how the owner would feel about losing a $50 order? I'm curious how many times a day this happens? Lastly I feel by their behavior there can't be much attention to quality customer service.I could have gone into much more detail as to each of these servers behaivoir.I will be sure to pass this on to people I know, I'm a long term Patterson resident.Thanks in advance for your attention to this matter

The sour dough roll was not good. No flavor and kinda dried out.

Good sandwiches, good service. My concern is the people working there need to wear hair nets or keep their hair tight to their head. Wear a hat.
