My girlfriend got a chimichanga with jalepeños in it. She bit into one on her 3rd bite and she can't handle spicy. And now shes lost her appetite so she just wants her money back. Well at first she was just gonna see if they would remake her burrito but was given attitude and talked down to. The lady worker told her that's not a jalepeño it's a bellpepper and in the end would only refund half of what she paid for it when she had only ate like 6% of it and her mouth is still burning and everything...i feel like they did it on purpose and even if they didn't it's no reason to gaslight her and shortchange her.
We got the deluxe breakfast burrito and added sour cream to it with a side of guacamole. It was huge. This is definitely the extra large size tortilla. It was so moist, full of all ingredients, well proportioned, not chincy on the ingredients. Probably the top breakfast burrito we’ve ever had.

The quality of customer service is lacking. Cashier needs to be coached on their job and to be organized if that is the issue. Food is average, but because of the customer service it affected the experience.
