I love it here. Their sandwiches are so good, their staff is so nice, and they carry Montucky cold snacks. Sitting outside w a sandwich and a cold snack after a hike is one of my favorite things to do.

Great variety of sandwiches for a local deli. The pastrami rueben was to die for. Lean and flavorful pastrami and not so huge that I had to take half home! There's also an option for half a sandwich and cup of soup or salad. Inside and outside seating available.

Always 10/10. Seriously awesome food with a seriously awesome staff. My favorite deli in Nevada County!!! Try a Dream Bar while you're there, you won't regret it.

Super sweet little deli with great food and lots of tables to dine in. I am vegan, and they had a few options. I really liked my Mediterranean veggie sandwich with no cheese and a delicious ice-cold beer. Highly recommend. And super friendly staff.

Had an amazing gumbo. So thankful that it was light on the onions. Nice family vibes!

One of my favorite eateries in the area. The quality of food and service are top notch. My go to is the Spicy Cow Panini but I've enjoyed everything I've tried. Definitely a little hidden gem of Gold Country. A bit pricey but worth it for the quality. Spacious dine in area as well as outdoor seating, plenty of regular cafe items and other tasty confections. Definitely recommend.

Family and I stopped at Blue Cow Deli for lunch before going to visit Empire Mine in Grass Valley. My wife got the 'Pleasant Valley Turkey & Avocado' sandwich and I got 'The Big Dipper' sandwich. I love french dip sandwiches and this one was bomb! My wife said her sandwich was good too. Staff was friendly and had a nice farm/rustic atmosphere.

A well-thought-through menue skillfully prepared. It's easily the best lunch spot in Penn Valley. If you haven't already, give it a try.

The parking is tight so if you have big vehicles your warned Not handicap friendly Lots of clean tables inside out side needs so Loven for persons to chose to enjoy Rueben was very greasy maybe too much cheap butter was used who knows but it made my stomach upset The meat was thinly sliced and nice taste, one thin slice of Swiss cheese and maybe one tablespoon of sauerkraut needs more the sauce on it was" ok " but not standard for a Reuben for me My husband Loved the chicken Pesto and he stated it was juicy and very tasty... he finished it ALL and that says a lot!! The sandwich comes on a. Tin rectangular plate brown cut paper and nothing else Service was kind and with smiles We got one pay drink and water it came to about $30... Wow too much for small press sandwiches??? There was nothing fancy about the bread these sandwiches were basic/ simple... so we will not be spreading any word on this place
