Waitress was cold and indifferent to a large tip I gave her with no polite responses. I thought she was a bit cold but after I tipped her near 30% because the food was good she would be friendly but instead acted harsh and entitled and refused to even give me a receipt for the full amount.

The " Kids" were awesome and so was the pizza.

We went for dinner with my husband and my daughter. We loved the place, we have been several times! But today we didn't have a good experience! First they delayed serving the pizza and 15 minutes later the burger was served! I ordered a small pizza with just ham and olives, they served me a bigger one than I ordered and apart from that the pizza was made with pineapple, my daughter is allergic to pineapple and the pizza was for her, and it was also burnt, I ordered two hamburgers, one with fries, the fries never arrived and when I ordered them they told me I hadn't ordered them! And I told them that if I had ordered them that's why I paid for them, I never ask for a receipt for payment of the meals but it is clear to me that this is not working well! I wouldn't recommend it

Pizza of the month was a Beer Cheese italian sausage deliciousness. Customer Service was fantastic and the pizza matched that. The cheese pull gave A Goofy Movie a run for its money!
And the flavor - my goodness, that beer cheese flavor was the perfect amount of savory and paired well with the warm tomatoes on top. Super yummy 10/10. Already recommending to my coworkers!

Im definitely going to grab another before it's off of the menu.

Worst dining experience of my life. Party of 4, one dinner was served after 20 minutes, next dinner arrived after 40 minutes, dinners 3 & 4 arrived after 1 hour & 10 minutes. So much for dining together. Pizza was half cooked, had to be eaten with a spoon. Wait staff was untrained & rude. Save your money and your time and eat somewhere else.

I got the pizza which was good. I've definitely had better. My dad got a sandwich and there was just very little meat. That was a little disappointing but it was tasty

Great place to eat with family or friends. The quality of the food is excellent, I've eaten there many times and my food is always cooked to perfection. they have a generous selection of beers from local breweries too. the staff is very friendly and we are always well taken care of. we shall continue to enjoy Players Pizza as it is one of the best restaurants in Nevada county.
