Very long wait when I was getting food I noticed most of the staff not doing there job there was think guy with piercings and a beenie I kept over hearing cursing and over all not very good language

Oh, how I wish Players would get their act together, because the food is honestly quite good! However - they almost always make a mistake on our order - forgetting something that should be included, or including something we’ve asked to be left off. And I have never, ever had timely service. Last time it took 15 minutes to get the check after I asked - and this was at the bar! My better half was completely ignored yesterday, 3/5/2024, while sitting directly next to the beer taps at the bar - the server preferred to spend her time with her boyfriend. We have returned to this place again and again, hoping it will get better. I think we’ve finally had our fill of disappointment.So - if you want fairly good food with rotten service, and don’t mind waiting endlessly for, well, everything - check out Players!Post-review response to management response: I do not use Facebook. I would be willing to discuss our numerous disappointing experiences via any other manner.

OMG...I wish I could remember the young Man's name that worked the bar the day we were there for our Nephew's birthday party. He was wonderful. The whole staff was outstanding and the food was delightful!! If you are near Penn Valley please try this place . You won't regret it!!!

Hands down one of the best pizza spots in the county. Candlestick combo is amazing, or the BBQ chicken or just a plain pepperoni, they are all good. With quality ingredients too! Just wish they were open later like they used to be before covid tried to shut down all the mom and pop places. 5stars. Love you guys!
Ordered two medium pizzas, as an event. It took just short of an hour to receive. I watched multiple people arrive and order, not part of the event, and get their food well before.

The pizza here is very good. The atmosphere is chill and the table are spread out so you aren't right up on anyone and aren't half in anyone's conversation. The staff is chill and it's got a small town vibe.

I recommend As long as Children are NOT in Bar area 1. I go out to get away from crying, screaming uncontrollable humans at any Age 2. I expect my Sport Bar to adhere to Quality Adult TIME 3. My ONLY distract should be Enjoyment of flavor of Beer, Food and conversation So if you see children in this area find another place to relax

The food was pretty good and interesting. Order came pretty quickly. The beer cheese sauce was recommended yet was pretty tasteless. Their pizzas have much improved over time. I ordered a Burger and it was actually too big to be able to get a bite of so I had to mash it LOL. The hamburger meat itself was also pretty tasteless, But with all the other items added in between the buns the burger had a good overall flavor. The price was a little high for what you get.
