I have never had bad experiences with this location before, but I guess all good things have to come to an end.I placed an order the morning of the 27th around 7 am only to find the store was closed when I went to go pick it up. Thinking the hours online were wrong I checked the door only to find out they had the same hours on the door. Oh well I thought they will probably cancel the order when the store opens, it was not.I called the store figuring I could talk them to resolve the situation around 1 pm the same day. The first time I called I got a "Hello?" before being hung up on. The second time I got to explain the issue only to be told "Well we are open now you can reorder". I explained again why I was calling only to get a "ah, yes yes", and got hung up on. I tried calling a few more times after just to have my calls not answered. Benefit of the doubt maybe they were busy, but I spaced my calls & a few seemed to go dead after a couple rings.Again I've never had a bad experience from this place, but I'm disappointed that trying to figure out if a $24 order was canceled or if I can get a refund is causing such an inconvenience.

On Sunday, June 18, in the morning we went shopping and the guy serving us was very rude, we ordered 7 sandwiches and they were number 7 and he only started to prepare 1 and was told that there would be 6 more and he didn't pay attention, to the When it was time to collect, we told him again that it was 7 and he got upset and said a lot of rude things to us. They should check on the employees if they don't feel like working, it's better to stay at home, we're not going to ask for POOR SERVICE for free.

Dude makes the sandwiches freakishly slow, it took +30m for the single sandwich he was making for the person infront of me. Might have been an off day but i wasnt planning on being in a subway for an hour today.

There is a big problem with their app. I order breakfast and the store receives the order at 11am. (Hours later!!!)Get this fixed soon or I am going to start spending my money somewhere else!

REALLY poor experience. All surfaces are dirty, which is gross to watch your food get made on. The worst tho, was the customer service. The person who greeted me, clearly didn't want to be there (relatable), but was so unprofessional and didn't listen. They were on a personal call with their airpods and every time they asked me a question, they couldn't hear my response (I'm a loud person). Which resulted in numerous mistakes in the prep of the food. All in all, I see no reason for me to return to this location. My experience would have been better if the employee has cleaned anything at all, and if they greeted me at all. I'm not picky, but I felt flat out disregarded and unwelcome.
