I have never had bad experiences with this location before, but I guess all good things have to come to an end.I placed an order the morning of the 27th around 7 am only to find the store was closed when I went to go pick it up. Thinking the hours online were wrong I checked the door only to find out they had the same hours on the door. Oh well I thought they will probably cancel the order when the store opens, it was not.I called the store figuring I could talk them to resolve the situation around 1 pm the same day. The first time I called I got a "Hello?" before being hung up on. The second time I got to explain the issue only to be told "Well we are open now you can reorder". I explained again why I was calling only to get a "ah, yes yes", and got hung up on. I tried calling a few more times after just to have my calls not answered. Benefit of the doubt maybe they were busy, but I spaced my calls & a few seemed to go dead after a couple rings.Again I've never had a bad experience from this place, but I'm disappointed that trying to figure out if a $24 order was canceled or if I can get a refund is causing such an inconvenience.

Edit: I'm changing my review from 1 to 3 stars. My issue was resolved however with no communication from the owner, or Subway. Just woke up one day to find my refund in my account. Again like I said my past experiences have been pretty positive, and for a Subway their quality is rather good. It's just this one bad experience that left a taste in my mouth. Wrong store hours on the door and online

This was my 2nd visit. Both have been very good. I didn't know they made breakfast sandwiches. I stopped to get my 87 year old dad a sandwich and he said he wanted a breakfast sandwich. He stayed in the car. I walked in and the guy working was so nice greeting me before the door closed. I asked if they made breakfast sandwiches. Absolutely he says. I'm not sure what my dad wants and this guys walks me through some excellent choices. Delicious sandwich made. Hot and just what my dad wanted. Bacon, egg, cheese with garlic aioli. He loved it.

The owner of this restaurant is clueless about the importance of customer satisfaction especially in a small community. If she wants to be an "owner" then she needs to take ownership of her responsibilities to protect her investment and grow this business. Don't blame the app, take responsibility and look for solutions.

service is horrible! twice i have ordered online, have received a time when they were to be ready, arrived at the store and the sandwich maker hadn't even started making!!! if i wanted to wait, i would've just gone to the store and ordered. so frustrating!

Dude makes the sandwiches freakishly slow, it took +30m for the single sandwich he was making for the person infront of me. Might have been an off day but i wasnt planning on being in a subway for an hour today.

I arrived late, got two sandwiches, and they were much better than I expected from Subway,( the one by my house finally had to shut down). They didn't have the bread I wanted, but it was late in the day. I would recommend.
