Went late at night, only car in drive thru. Ordered, long wait and food wasn't even hot by the time I got it. I should've checked bag there because my order was wrong and they gave me completely different sauce than i asked for. What a waste of 40$ & the whole family was unhappy with meal. Big

I’ve gone in to pick up uber eats orders and it stinks like the entire staff took a shit in the toilet and the sewer got backed up and exploded and people are still eating in there like they have no sense of smell

The employees have too much attitude. You only need the key to go to the bathroom and they require you to buy something first. I explained to him, of course, I'm going to buy a combo but I need to go to the bathroom and he said that THERE ARE NOT COMPANY RULES THAT NO ONE GOES TO THE BATHROOM IF THEY DO NOT BUY

Racist manager wouldn't let me use the bathroom before ordering food,even after telling her that I would. I'm supposed to use the parking lot before coming into the store I guess. Burger King is my favorite fast food and I couldn't use the bathroom or order food because I'm white in an all Hispanic town.

Worst food ever! The burger was nasty and the chicken fries were cold! And the workers there lack customer service. Very disappointed! Please stay away from this place. Gross!
I went to get an ice cream ? and the guy in the drive-thru was so rude and on top of it all when I didn't want the cone he gave me he closed the window and refused to call his manager. By the way, the oder was wrong he refused to fix it .

My daughter was looking forward to the playground but unfortunately it was closed with a sign stating closed forever. The soda aching was nice and updated but the soda was not good at all, then as we were leaving it was before 6:30pm and they had the doors locked. We went to another store and I realized my gift card holder was missing, I tried to call and no answer. I went and could see it in the counter I knocked as the doors were locked and no answer. A worker was on her break sitting down and there were employees working the drive thru yet no one came to the door. I kept knocking and finally my husband went through the drive thru while I waited at the door. Then an employee came and opened the door for me to come in and grab my gift card holder. Very rude and unpleasant experience .

Door dash order never arrived. I tried calling he spoke only Spanish. Door dash and I tried contacting burger kind with no answer. Now, half hour later I get a photo of a place I have never seen. I can not seem to get food or response. I make enough where I had to work 2 hours for this meal that I didn't receive.
