“First I review is being posted late. My experience at this Carl’s Jr. was supreme. I had the pleasure on working with a manager by the name of Melissa . I believe she went above and beyond to make sure that my order was correct because I’ve had so many mess ups on orders. She greeted me with a smile. She was very polite. She was outgoing. I did have to part for my order and she apologized for the time the experience with her was just wonderful. My food was fresh. It was as I ordered perfectly. I just want to give kudos to Melissa and the crew that was working the day that I came through the drive-through. Thank you so much Carl’s Jr. for employee and employee manager like Melissa . I truly wish all of your Carl’s Jr.‘s were like this one here I have had the experience
At other Carl’s Jr.‘s, that was horrible from customer service to the restaurant itself. This one on Chase Road is always clean. I always get met with a smile wonderful customer service and Melissa just stood out from all of them. She is truly a shining star. Thank you so much. I now wait until I’m almost home if I want Carl’s Jr. to come to this one.“
“I wanted to leave some positive experience regarding this Carl’s Jr. experience. I was going through the drive thru with an insatiable craving for an Oreo milkshake (that I used to drink once a week growing up as a kid). However, today I had my two best friends with me so I asked the lovely cashier Sinaith if there’s any chance to split the milkshake into three small cups to share with my friends. They said they have smaller cups for water so I assumed I could split them up myself. As I approached the window of the drive thru I was met by the lovely Tanya who handed me a tray with THREE SMALL CUPS all individually portioned for me and my friends of Oreo milkshakes - even with the added whipped cream on top of them! It officially made my day! Thanks so much Tanya and Sinaith this experience won’t be forgotten. <3 - Jake“
