I had a really great experience . For starters amazing people both in the front and the back. Everyone working there were so polite and greeted me when I walked in . The place was really clean and my food came out fast . The food was delicious everything was fresh even the chicken in my sandwich. I highly recommend coming here overall an excellent experience. Will definitely be coming back again soon.

Such kind and thoughtful people . The food was amazing really fresh . I walked in and I was greeted by everyone so kindly . The cashier was so polite and friendly in helping me choose something from the menu depending on my taste . Really clean restaurant which is something I really appreciate. I come here often but today I had bought boneless wings in another establishment and forgot to get ranch. Stopped by and the kind worker here was more than happy to give me a couple for free even though I was trying to pay for them. Double Westerns and Superstar burgers here are GOATED 🙏 ❤️

don’t get me wrong the food hit the spot, but i really had to pee & they said no bc they just cleaned the restrooms. i get it okay, bc i work in food service. but we can’t be denying people the restroom now.. i nearly busted down and peed myself.

First I review is being posted late. My experience at this Carl’s Jr. was supreme. I had the pleasure on working with a manager by the name of Melissa . I believe she went above and beyond to make sure that my order was correct because I’ve had so many mess ups on orders. She greeted me with a smile. She was very polite. She was outgoing. I did have to part for my order and she apologized for the time the experience with her was just wonderful. My food was fresh. It was as I ordered perfectly. I just want to give kudos to Melissa and the crew that was working the day that I came through the drive-through. Thank you so much Carl’s Jr. for employee and employee manager like Melissa . I truly wish all of your Carl’s Jr.‘s were like this one here I have had the experience At other Carl’s Jr.‘s, that was horrible from customer service to the restaurant itself. This one on Chase Road is always clean. I always get met with a smile wonderful customer service and Melissa just stood out from all of them. She is truly a shining star. Thank you so much. I now wait until I’m almost home if I want Carl’s Jr. to come to this one.
