I ordered a pretty big meal yesterday, which included 2 brownies that never made it into my bag (Order #3899737). I called right after and left a voicemail — no response. I’ve called four more times today and still can’t get anyone to answer.
Update: I spoke with the store’s owner-operator, Ricardo Ortiz, and he personally reached out, apologized for the mix-up, and made things right. He went above and beyond to fix the issue and make sure we were taken care of.
Mistakes happen, but the way Ricardo handled it showed true leadership and dedication to customer service. This is the kind of response that reminds me why Chick-fil-A has the reputation it does. Thank you, Ricardo, for the exceptional service and for making us whole today.

I always use DoorDash from Monday to Friday. They always send me a message that my food is coming late and the Manager tells them it will take more than 20 minutes. It's not fair to me since the cost is more. it's not fair ⭐️
