Always come here, always out of stuff...today they were out of steak, chicken, and they were going to serve me some dried scraps of Barbacoa. Just walked out didn't dare to ask if they had some on the to go food prep area because last time I asked when they where out of the Pico de Gallo I got all kinds of attitude.No wonder stock is down 15% today alone. Standards have dropped. You can't even put a chipotle bowl together.

I ordered a veggie burrito bowl. And I was given a small portion of white rice and beans. My bowl was filled with loads and loads of guacamole. And the guacamole was brown and tasted old. Why are they stingy with the rice and beans... Read the not so good reviews for this place. But still wanted to give them a chance. Major disappointment.

Food taste great! Preparing food was quick, person ringing up order took a long time... was working on food orders in another area and restocking supplies/food in that area.

Gone there couple of times food was cold employees rush u on what u want to eat your food is already with the x person when u haven't even finish telling what else u would like. And im talking about me going at a time that is was nice and slow.

My family and I enjoy chipotle and regularly go. It’s good and sometimes they give decent meat portions . Today (9/5/25) I was given a very light portion chicken in my burrito and the steak bowls had literally a handful of steak. To top it off my daughter and I both almost ate the skin of the avocado. I hardly ever leave reviews . Chipotle needs a leadership revamp.
Great tasting food, but have come across some not so friendly staff there. Which I hate to say because some of them are also great. So I guess you never know who will be there.

I was just there and the prep counter was absolutely filthy, they are literally dragging the bowls over all the spilled toppings on the counter. Take a look for yourself and you will see. It takes but 30 seconds to give it a wipe down, but they prefer to work in filthy conditions.
