Horrible horrible I don’t know what’s going on with this chipotle but they been soooo stingy with everything I literally called to make sure their was extra lettuce because lately then Been sprinkling it putting barely anything the worker kept saying yes we did that we did that when it gets delivered barely any letting barley any brand barley any cheese mostly rice just horrible they use to do it right now their just bring sooo stingy if I have to pay extra for lettuce beans cheese then I’ll do it the meat was a little bit too but more then the rest at least just horrible do better I paid for delivery service and tip for nothing

The workers are always rushing me when I order. It is not a welcoming environment at all, after everything I say they follow with “is that it”. Then they get the wrong add-ons on my bowl and I feel like I can’t correct them because they’re in a rush

Second time this week they are out of cheese...sold me a quesadilla online but no cheese. Unable to give me a refund on the spot...told me to call a 1-800 number. Said the rice bowl I got instead was "on the house", like they expected me to pay for the replacement otherwise.

On 06/11/2023 I stopped at this location Chipotle to take my lunch, and I ordered a burritoThen I went to go park somewhere safe because I was working. I deliver gas at Walmart just across ChipotleSo I started eating my burrito, and when when I took my third or fourth bite of the burrito, a piece of metal that was inside the burrito broke my tooth. I made a report and everything and it’s almost been a year since the accident never did nothing about this experience that I have never experienced before.

I don't know if it ever Chipotle as this is the only one I have been to, but it seems like they are in a hurry to get you out. Forget asking questions, and they act like you're annoying them. Well, what if you have never been or just have some basic questions. The first time, they put too much salsa and couldn't enjoy it. The food itself seems ok. Don't expect customer service here to get any better. Oh, and the trays get soggy, so don't plan on keeping it longer than 1 hour.

Good food! I was next in line to pay and there were two officers behind me in line ordering and I thanked both of them for their service and shook both their hands and one of the latina worker chicks rolled her eyes at me ? thought that was pretty funny. But yeah great food!!

First time ever at Chipotle, and at this location. I never cared to try it but I decided to try it today, and well.. the food was good tasting, except it wasn't very hot. My chicken wasn't hot and neither was the cilantro lime rice. Nor was my hubby's steak bowl with the rice, beans and cheese, pico de Gallo, lettuce, and guacamole I paid $11 for. None of it was hot as food should have been; hot and fresh. Presentation was very sloppy as the young woman piled it on top of each other. She was sloppy and smashed one of the lids to hell when she put it on the plate. just careless and in a rush. There was no one behind me in line. There was all of 4 people eating in the place at that time, so I don't understand that, because it wasn't packed. Over all, I'd say, way too much food and way too overpriced. Taste was great after we warmed it up at home, but for me, just too much in one serving for one person. Overall, service wasn't good. They rush you along like it's their last few moments living. Some patience and a smile maybe, and making the food presentable is more likely to bring a customer back. All in all, 2 bowls, 2 sodas was $35. No thanks. And the atmosphere was terrible. Not a single thing to look at in there. It's like having lunch inside a box. Never again.
