How do you forget part of combo 4 when there no vehicles in the drive-thru in front and behind me amazes me. I should have checked my order, but really can't you read your screen and be accurate?! I guess I shouldn't go this location at 9:26pm on a Tuesday the 19th or any time. I hope someone does the same thing to you when you pay for something and don't get it.

you guys always get the food right and good, even on late nights with low staff and a longer line ! this location has the best quality fish tacos, and the employees always have nice interactions with us, and don't hesitate to ask and confirm of they have our order right. we tend to give extra instructuons on some food items because most of us in the household have different dietary restrictions, and very rarely are the instructions not followed, so it feels almost guaranteed to us that we will get what we ask for when we order from you guys. lots of 'no sauce', 'extra veggies', 'no tomatoes and onions' thrown into our orders, you guys do very well with all the complicated instructions that cna be thrown at you. greatly appreciated. :)Dietary restrictions: the employees are very attentive when we give special instructions for food, such as removing or substituting certain ingredients.

Took 25 minutes to get thru the drive thru lane with 6 cars in front. None had big orders, no apology for the wait...they were NOT moving quickly & not shorthanded. This happens far too many times at this store. WHY???

I have never ever had a soda taste right at this location and anyone I have mentioned it to has agreed. The carbonation to syrup ratio is consistently off. The food on the other hand is always good and they're nice but hopefully someone will eventually fix the soda problem.

I went though the drive through asked for a jacked up BRC and they didn’t know what it was then explain to him what it was and then we drove 15 miles back to the house and we look in the bag and I am missing my Bean rice and cheese burrito and three Del tacos with sour cream. Also worst experience of my life at Del taco, and that’s usually my go to Del taco never again will I go back there never again will I go to Del taco ever actually screw that place

I feel like the food tastes great, so thank you to the cooks! But the front end employees have no sense of urgency and are not customer service oriented. I love Del Taco in general. Location is clean minus the homeless population that lives inside over summer.
