Einstein Bros. Bagels

I’ve tried this location on different times of the day, morning and afternoon. And the service is bad, I always order by mobile app, but what’s the point? Food is never ready. I always arrive after the pick up time that’s given, and Same issue. Today, there was one gentleman making food and one gentleman sweeping the lobby, and I wasn’t even acknowledged, not even a smile. I ask if my order was ready, and was told just 2 more minutes, which was more like 15 minutes. The store was not busy, only 1 other customer waiting. There’s never a sense of urgency, or speed by the employees. The food is always good, which is why I come back. With a huge sign that reads “Under New Management” I hope changes are made for the better.

I come here every week, usually only complain about long waits even when I order ahead, show up later and still not done. Well today I showed up at exactly 1pm on a Tuesday and they were closed. They have posted signs saying closing is 1:30. I usually order ahead, this time I didn't and good thing I didn't. No one bothered to look at the door. I had customers inside telling me it's closed. Why? So you're telling me you're so backed up that you just close 30 minutes earlier? Can you not be adults and just be honest with customers instead of just deciding to close? Under new management?? Please do better, you have lots of customers willing to consume, losing them over this? Crazy to me.

I doordashed a dozen everything bagels and a sandwich and both were disappointing. First off, all the bagels were undercooked...it's like they were a very light color, no salt on the everything bagels, and too dense, like they didn't have time to rise...like the cooking process was rushed or something. On top of that, a bakers dozen is supposed to have 13 bagels, and we only received 12. We recently moved from OC and love Einsteins, but this location was not up to standard with the bagels. So disappointed. 😢

Terrible service, workers are lazy and rude. They gave me the completely wrong bagels and when I asked for the correct order the employee responded with so much attitude without a solution or care for my issue.

Consistently out of bagels. Any time of the day. Slowwwwww service. Placed an order and still waited an HOUR inside for ONE bagel. Crazy and disappointing.

I've always never had an issue with the food. it has always been great. but i am annoyed that when i place an order for pickup, they only start making it once I'm there. if i set pickup for 8, i shouldn't be waiting until 8:12 to get it everytime. the workers are nice though. idk if it's just rules that make it that way.

The place opens up at 6am on Saturday, so I placed my order at 0610, and when I get there, it's closed. App said it will be ready at 0635, they didn't open the doors until 0650. There was a lot of people waiting too who ordered ahead.

Their website says they open at 6 AM and the sign on the door says they open at 6 AM. We got there at 6:30 AM and they had their sign saying it was closed. You can clearly see people in there and when we went up to open the door the employee inside completely ignored us. We also tried to call and they completely ignored the call. Very upsetting to see their employees do not care about their job.

Always excruciating slow service. If you order online, they still take 15-20 minutes to prepare your order once you’re in store. Understaffed, unprepared, great idea but terrible implementation here at this location.

Excellent service! The employees are always attentive and charismatic. The food never disappoints, it’s always amazing (this time was Turkey and cheddar with avocado on wheat). Also, a new and exciting surprise this visit, they now have seating. Love this location!

It was my first time visiting this store, I was helped by a nice worker by the name of Vanessa. Everything on the menu looked amazing I got a blueberry muffin and a vanilla cold brew and doggie bagel for my little doggies
