El Encanto Bakery is a peaceful and welcoming gem. The store is always very clean and the service is fast, easy, kind, professional, and top notch. It offers an amazing selection of fresh baked pan dulce and sweet bread, with bolillo bread rolls that are always fresh and light. The quality of baked goods is like that from a large city. They have added new food options, including wonderful breakfast plates that include Puerto Beans, which are something you will want on every plate. The Chilaquiles Verdes have amazing presentation and are delicious, and the Adobe Pork plate and Adobe Shrimp plate are also recommended. They can even prepare a protein shake. The pastries are home baked, fresh, and delicious, with a great variety. It is a small business highly worth supporting.
