I concur. This business owner has a black heart of coal. I wouldn’t patron any of her businesses. I don’t support evil or cruelty. This knowledge is based on her participation in a group with other bakers. The rules stated to be respectful and the admins specifically condemned laughing. Even after making Gloria aware, she laughed even more. Judge for yourself; photo attached of the truth. If someone has so little respect for simple rules as not laughing at others, do you really want to patron this person? I can’t imagine what she says of customers behind their backs. Clearly I’m not the only one who believes this person is negative space. I truly do not understand how someone can be so cruel. I was respectfully trying to inform her of how harmful she was being and she used that as an invitation to be more cruel. It’s sickening and I hope this review will make others aware. Each action from her shows her cruelty even more.Btw, Gloria, your facts are still 100% wrong. But thank you for attempting to expose me. I do my best to ensure positivity. And sometimes that means defending those who are wronged by the dark likes of people like you. Plenty of people have attempted to bring me down and it’s usually people who are ok being evil. It won’t stop my attempts at trying to make this world a better place.Even your reply is vindictive. Where does your dark heart end? Seriously maybe it’s time to try some anger management counseling before attempting a career in customer service.I’m going to add this and then the next step is up to you. I have not posted or relayed anything that wasn’t based on facts. If you or your “friends” continue to harass me or my business, I will build a case for libel. I am recording every step.
