Overall it was a bad experience for me personally. I asked for a Flying Dutchman with grilled onions, my brother got the #1 with pickles -no onions. When we pulled into the window to get our food and drove 5ft away we noticed we got two #1’s , one with onions and one with pickles. We went inside immediately and nicely told them we got the wrong food. We then asked for my Flying Dutchman that I was supposed to get and I feel like we got a rude stare as if they didn’t know what we were taking about. Totally fine though because I was more focused on my missing order, when we got my Flying Dutchman with grilled onions I then instead got a flying fail. Onions were nowhere to be seen, it was already an off morning so we just took it and left.

This was my 1st time at the Perris location and I've literally never been to an In-N-Out that gave such phenomenal service 🤯
I'm not sure if it was because I went with my new colleagues who frequent the place, but in the less than 60 minutes we were there this one guy: 1. Came to check on us as soon as we were seated just to see which order we had and offered to fill up our drinks 2. Brought us our food and asked what else we needed like extra trays, utensils, napkins, salt, ketchup, spread, like everything 3. Brought everything we asked for plus some extras like pepperoncinis because he thought we might enjoy them. 4. Checked in on us again after one of the five of us finished eating to take away trash, refill drinks, and see if we wanted anything else - which he brought us 5. Repeated this twice more before we left
I wish I had caught the gentleman's name so I could give him a shout-out, but all I can say is that I went on Jan 12th, 2026 at 12:30pm. @Management, if you can figure out who he was and give kudos that would be amazing!

So far one of the best burgers 🍔 period ! Small menu , Good quality, delicious flavor, very consistent, very affordable prices, very well structured in order to make your visit a pleasant one. It seems to me that since In N Out open this location , the other burger joints around here , started to pay more attention to the way they prepare and handle their food , they're trying hard to be competitive, before they would be giving you no so freshly made food, but rather pre-made ready to go food sitting for a long time under a heat lamp , now you can visit some of this other fast food restaurants and you notice they're making an effort to try to stay in business and no be overtaken by the competition. That's good for all of us... the customers ! Every one knows you don't always want to eat the same food and you want the other options to be just as good if not better than the other restaurants. I visit In N Out at least 3 to 4 times a week, Keep it up!

I love their food. We go almost once a week. They offer free chocolate for kids when it rains. Tell me why this time they made me feel like I was a begging for it. Right in front of my kids. And this was the manager who said No. Like dude you offer free chocolate when it rains, it was raining! Why offer if your not going to give it??????? Is it coming outta your pocket?????
