Ordered a burger combo which they charged for and a shake they charged for. A combo comes with a soft drink, worker refused to give me the large drink cup that I paid for (comes with the combo) and got snarky saying āwe donāt give you what you donāt pay forā

Worst customer service ever I ordered food around 9:30. Sarah was the one who took my order every two seconds she kept asking me anything else anything else and I told her just a second I reply. I placed my order and I repeated five times fresh please pull up to the window, Alma was like 21. Something said it was fresh correct right away Alma had attitude was like I donāt know I didnāt take your order and she called Sarah the one who took my order and asked her. It was fresh right both had attitude. I donāt know why shouldnāt be working fast food if youāre gonna have an attitude, if weāre just asking you question told me I didnāt hear you and I told her how did you hear me? I said five times and you kept rushing me to hurry up and order. I just wanna make sure my food fresh they got attitudes told me to pull around to the front I said no I donāt wanna wait because there was no cars behind me and I asked five times nicely fresh please before I pulled up to the window , Iām just gonna refund your money is what Alma said thatās fine. I donāt need the food just give me my money and I told her how do you let your employees be so rude and your manager was like sheās not rude. Iām like sheās literally arguing with me telling me she didnāt hear me. All I wanted was to go order food get fresh food and go home. What so hard about ordering food and going home people these days get jobs that they donāt even like or appreciate. Donāt work in customer service if you have an attitude. The same way that you guys would make your food for yourselves and your family is the same way. Your customers would like to be treated.you just lost Loyal customer

Asked wife to specially get me stuffed jalapenos on her way home along with some stuff for the kids to eat. Got home and they didn't put them in the bag š¢. Too far for us to drive back would cost more in fuel than what it's worth

I go the service was okay but the lettuce in my chicken sandwich was BROWN. The pics do not do justice it was so ugly and gross. Itās not that hard to trash it instead of throwing it on the chicken sandwich if you can clearly see itās that bad.

They treated me very well and everyrhing was clean and 1 of the best services I ever had.

Today I went to go get lunch and what I saw was soo sad in front of the assistant manager the fryer lady put 10 pieces nuggets in the bag and was not wearing glove then she using her cell phone thatās in her apron then she throw 4 chicken fillets in the fryer with her bare hands No GLOVES thatās is soo nasty then I told them and she walked out with me and saying if I donāt like it then go to another place to eat in Spanish this is soo wrong in many ways health and I throw up now Iām go to the doctors need the district manager to call me
