Food was disgusting i ordered chicken sandwhiches that looked like they had been sitting on the counter for a while and 2 out of 4 chicken sandwiches were just smashed. They got my order wrong as well I ordered halfsies fries and the gave me 2 extra tacos instead. And the tacos were good as always but I'm never coming back to this location.

It took a while to finally have someone come to the counter to help, and when she did she was very rude. She really made it seem like we were an inconvenience. Once we got our food the hamburger and egg roll were both cold. Overall not a good Jack in the Box. I've been to so many with much better service.

Good food, but I’ve gone twice in the last week; both mornings i told the system was down and they weren’t able to take orders. It’s the only jack in the box that’s close, I just wish I could actually order from them when I go.

Third time this month they’ve messed up my order it I’m missing something. Also they had no teriyaki sauce or buttercream. My teriyaki bowl keeps getting emptier and emptier it has very little food now. I’m very upset, not sure if I will be back here now.

I’ve came here a couple of times they been messing up the orders. I asked for an order around 10pm and the lady who took my order took it wrong. Had to drive back from my home to get it. She was only trying to replace me with the sandwich so I asked her for new fries as the other ones were cold already. Not sure why she didn’t offer to make the whole order instead of just trying to replace the sandwich only. Also before that. They also forgot my drink so I had to get out to go ask for it as they had already closed the inside I had to wait outside. The next day my man got food poisoning. Not sure if it was that but that’s the only thing we had that night. We didn’t order the same thing and always eat the same thing. This day the only thing different was Jack in the Box. So I think what ever is going on in there needs to be supervised and or so re check orders and listen when ordering.
