I love KFC and have been a customer since I was a kid and I find myself extremely disappointed in the service at this location. They always say they are out of chicken and don’t allow the customers to use the rest room even though they are taking for ever to prep a meal. One employee said that the rest rooms were for employees only. Another said they just don’t like to clean them.
Horrible. I may never come back. It’s not the first time.

The employees are helpful and greet customers almost instantly, offering sauces and their new promotions. Online orders are efficiently handled, and the chicken is fresh and delicious. Customers can try the new peaches and cream drink and the spectacular new chicken and waffles. The side orders are decently portioned, and the biscuit is very soft with a great taste. Overall, KFC delivers a positive dining experience.
