I've used the drive-thru and attempted to order a family meal extra crispy chicken. The cashier said their currently out and will take 20 mins. So I said, "ok I will come back". I parked 20 mins and came back to the drive-thru, asked for the same order. She then said, "we are out, will take 30 mins" I told her, I am the same person you said to wait 20 mins and I've waited 20 mins and longer. She said, I am sorry the cook just came back from his break and still cooking original chicken and will take another 30 mins for the extra crispy. So meaning to say that this place was not cooking nor selling chicken for over an hour and staff getting paid hourly? Franchisee owner, I would be worried 😟

It is a place with terrible employee service. I was there on January 3, 2005 at around 1 pm... I was ignored for 20 minutes, no one attended to me. Terrible place, I don't recommend it to anyone...

Second time i order at this location, you cant ask for extra items because they refuse to give you the extra itmes like honey, todays experience was terrible. Cant even get a hold of anyone on the phone because the phone isnt in service. Not sure how they are still open. I can guarantee i will not be coming back to this store.

I spent hard earned money just for my order to be messed up. I tried to call them for a refund multiple times but they block my number. Definitely going to Popeyes for now on.
