The manager at this KFC was informed that I had placed an online order that was going to pickup at 2:15pm she told me that that was the time they should start cooking it. Then we sat in the dining room area to wait 30minutes for the food to be ready and we noticed Cockroaches. Told the manager and she had the nerve to tell me the probably fell off my kids. Sorry but she has no business being in customer service or handling food…………. Nasty………. I wouldn’t recommend doing business with this establishment

Today 02-8-24 I visited this place thinking that it would give my family a nice afternoon after my children got out of school. But it was the worst place I could see chosen, they told me that they did not have a family combo that would wait 15 minutes ok I told them that it was fine 30 minutes passed and I went to ask why customers kept coming and they were served and I kept waiting and the person answered me wrong with bad words I asked for my money back it was the last straw to keep waiting after I was offended verbally and they did not want to give me my money back, it was the height of absurdity, a guy and an overweight woman came out yelling at me to leave when I was already outside that horrible place, friends, it was disastrous what they did to me in front of my children, I do not recommend that instead go to another kfc not everyone has these mastodons as employees they are rude as hell ??

KFC was not up to my standards, food was under cooked & nasty! I put almost all of my meal in the trash. I won't be going back there again, maybe another KFC will do better.

I rarely go to this kfc because of an issue when they had recently opened. But now I gave it another chance only to find a paper clip in my coleslaw!! My kids could have ate that!!!!! I only glad it was the Cole slaw and my kids don’t eat that but wow I’m shocked.

Been here twice within 2 months, both times were excellent. (Did online orders). I asked the young lady at the window, what sauces they have, she named em all and actually hooked it up on all with a lot. She was very sweet and great service.?. Had a big order.

This place is not ran good at all. I went into the restaurant, ordered 2 chicken breast. I was the first customer in the store. They weren’t busy no one in the drive thru. Than 2 other people came in placed ordered too. But all 3 of us customers that had no relation. We were left waiting on 3 employees. Than drive thru cars pulled up and they gave all of the drive thru people there food before any of ours. It made me think that they were giving the drive thru people all of our food. Like come on I ordered only 2 piece of chicken. That’s it and they had me wait literally 15 minutes. Than they said okay here is you’re food and it was not even new looked like trash 9 bucks for 2 pieces. No sorry for waiting nothing . They seem to need a person that actually can turn this location around

This KFC is the worst. Even if it's been more than 20 minutes since you ordered online, it will be ready for you when you go to pick it up. What is online ordering for? There were no customers so it wasn't supposed to be busy. If you don't decorate the Christmas tree, I want you to clean it up. I've never seen a tree like this before.

I wouldn't spend my money here. Bought some chickens and some sides like any normal person would, the Mac and cheese and potatoes and gravy were okay(5/10 in taste) and the chicken was slimy for whatever reason. The service was good and fast. Last was nice in the front but like I said, wouldn't spend my money to dine here. Better off making chicken at your own house

Came through the drive through to try the new wraps ( which they were out of ) even though I lived in this area before they even opened and always drive by it and never see anyone in the drive thru or even parked there so how they were out I'm surprised. I ordered the Number 14 just the sandwich. Service was quick but when I got the food I wasn't pleased. But into nothing but grease and not even a crunchy sandwich completely soggy. I'm not sure if I just caught a bad day or what. I've been here a few times prior and always seems like they are out of something.
