My friend and I ordered the poblano burger with fries. The burger is not how it used to be, it's mini burger. The fries were cooked in over used burnt oil, they were black. We asked the waiter for new fries, she just shrank her shoulders. Didn't say nothing didn't bring fries. Won't go back there again. I should of taken a picture of the fries.

This is a wonderful cafe/restaurant in the oddest of locations. You wouldn't expect to see a place like this in the middle of downtown Perris, CA. The coffee is great; the food is delicious. The atmosphere is relaxing. I would just suggest that they do a better job of making the fries a little crispier and not so soggy. But other than that, the place is great.

My first time here and I love how it's cozy here, it kind of giving starbucks vibes. I asked one of the staff their popular item's here and it was the Chicken chipole sandwich and the Spanish latte. I ordered those and it's a really good way to try something new at a spot you've never been to. I'd definitely come here again one day and willingly try other things here.

I love their matcha but lately their quality has gone down poorly. Today I went in and got 2 iced matchas the color was so off it looked yellow green when usually it’s a good shade of green not only that but it tasted like per milk ! Some guy did it idk if he’s knew never seen him before but it’s so expensive just for the quality to be bad !! Last time I went too the matcha was so off !!!
La gare is a place my family generally loves to treat ourselves too for any little reason. Unfortunately today 7/23/25 we went in and spent $95 dollars for lunch. The menu has been drastically, and the quality was the poorest we’ve ever seen, my nephews grilled cheese was so burnt the middle was hard, chicken was dry in our wraps and all of our fries were soggy and unseasoned. The guy cashier was still very pleasant but it seemed the rest of the staff was annoyed at our presence and questions. We would love to see improvements as we feel very loyal to your establishment as Perris local.

Le Gare Cafe in Perris is a nice corner spot in the newer downtown Perris area. This is a nice place when you want to catch up with friends or family because there's plenty of seating inside, offering a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.
I especially appreciate that they offer plant-based milk options for their drinks. It's so nice to have that flexibility. Beyond the drinks, their menu has a variety of food options but more catering to vegetarians and not vegan or gluten free options.

I grew up in Perris my whole life, this cafe IS by far one of the places that I gatekeep the most from people because it’s one place where I can enjoy hot cocoa and eat one of the best burgers in my entire life quietly. If this place ever shuts down I’m suing the city 🩷🩷🩷

Today was my first time stepping into this place. Staff was so nice and my food was ready so quick. We ordered the chicken pesto and breakfast burger n fries. Our food was amazing! They were both filled with flavor! 10/10 can't wait to try more off your menu!!!
