Worst service ever . They honestly treat you like a worthless peace of $20 . Their ice cream and snacks are extremely expensive ! Lady that works there is always unhappy, they don't greet you in and when you order they look at you like you're dumb. I tried this place a couple times to give the benefit of a doubt but honestly will never return again, there's plenty other good places for Ice cream or Mexican snacks.

Unfortunately this location has workers with the personality of a door knob. Zero ppl skills. I’ve purchased extra cream for the fresas and all of a sudden they don’t sell it. Not the problem the problem was the attitude of the young girl with blk hair. Never again.

Got a double scoop ( chocolate & cookies and cream ) chocolate was really good cookies and cream had no cookies and it was expensive $8 for 2 scoops way to high

i got 2 lemon raspados and it tasted nothing your typical lemon raspado it had no flavor and it tasted like pure ice and green food coloring

Place is alright. Just another typical Michoacana...but damn, it's so expensive. I purchased a Crema con Fresas for 12 bucks. I looked at the young lady and asked what else she charged me for because 12 bucks for a medium sized item seems so unreal.Staff is cool.
