After seeing all the reviews I regret placing an online order as I was waiting past the estimated time and more then an extra on top just for a stuff crust pizza with crazy puffs.. what is the point of having a drive thru if they can't get their orders out on time?!

Ridiculous wait time in the drive thru
If the pizza takes 15 mins to make , they don’t tell the costumer to get out of the drive thru lane to wait in the parking lot for their pizzas.

My food was not properly cooked. I arrived at the drive through window and the employee got my order wrong so I confirmed and he went back and got my order. When I arrived home, the cheese bread was not cooked, all the oil was sitting on top. My pizza toppings were not cooked...he seemed to have just tossed them on top of a hot and ready. I wondered why they had such low reviews. Bad experience.

The pizza portals are never in use. If you order online you still have to wait in line to check on your pizza. There is no such thing as skipping the line because people get mad along with the workers in my case, they dropped my Pizza try to give it to me, but when I opened to check on it and told them I want a new one they pulled another one right out of their ass as a back up in case I didn’t fall for the one that was garbage. Plus the pizza orders on the app are never updated.

I wish I can put a 0 horrible service....horrible attitude.... and when ask to speak to manager they always say no one is here....

I ordered two pizzas and waited half an hour so they wouldn't deliver my order properly and the girl who serves the service still tells me if you want to wait or if you like I'll return the money to you. These people are stupid, they don't know how to serve, let alone treat a customer, the first thing is apologize and try to do things right at work

Update, there isn't one. Nobody reached out to address this unprofessional, rude, incident. Says a lot about a place of business when they aren't concerned with rude customer treatment and ADA violations. Ridiculous and no accountability. Ordered food there Monday night. Not only was my order incorrect, no receipt was given, I already had to wait, when I called, the employee was extremely rude, refused to accommodate/fix my order, flat out told me, no refund/replacement without a receipt (they did not provide), despite me telling her I live over 70 miles away, then she slammed/hung up the phone in my face, very rudely. No reasonable accommodation whatsoever. No manager information provided, nothing. Just unorganized, unprofessional, rudeness. Not to mention, I barely had any cheese on the pizza.

Employees need help trying to get everyones order.. wandering around looking all confused and making people wait long time… mobile ordered and still toook very long plus my pizza was burnt #dobetter

Clean store they get your order right most of the time. Check your marinara cups in sometimes get one that barely has anything in there 😑
