The worst experience I ordered online at 5:30 pm got an email at 6:08 my order was ready for pick up got there and had to wait 45 more minutes braces the kid in the front states that it was still in the oven, I ordered online for a reason they were very in organized!!

This place is horrible not only did they fail to put my order in when I called it in they were rude . They told me I must have ordered at the wrong location which was not the case. Then they told me they couldn't help me if I didnt know the name of the person that took my order . As a manager I find the way they treat people when they messed up and not owning up to their mistakes and trying to fix the situation is just ridiculous. I won't be ordering there anymore. If you want little Ceasars I would strongly recommend you to go to the one off 4th st they have better customer service . The manager and the gm of this location off perris Blvd spectrum location you need to teach your employees customer service not only does that look bad on them it also reflects on you and how you run your location.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Went through the drive-through, they didn't answer at all, went to the window, didn't acknowledge us, went inside and took 5 minutes to get out from the back and take our order.

Went to drive thru was told we had to wait about 10mins. Asked for a receipt because he told me one amount then a different amount. They told me the machine was broken for the receipts went inside waited over 20mins. Once we got the food they were not going to give the ranches we paid for without receipt.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Had a walk in order of 1 Detroit style pizza, pizza puffs, and crazy bread. Expected wait time was 15-20 minutes, ended up waiting 40 minutes. Cashier had to check about my order 3 times. Crazy bread was stale and barely warm and pizza puffs were all smashed.

The pizzas are often made with many types of mistakes, often burned, uneven, or with less ingredients. This little Caesar’s is ran by mostly teenagers who have terrible mannerism and no people skills. Let alone pizza skills. I rather make the trip down town for my pizzas or to dominos across the parking lot for food.

Very unorganized. One time they had a really long line and yet the cashier was clearly high and being really slow😂i also recieved my order wrong here like 3 times within these past 2 months. I orders a pretzel crust with cheese suace and they gave me a regular pizza with chunks of salt on the a cheese stuffed crust (wasn't any yellow cheese suace on the pizza). Also one time the stupid cashier thought they had already given me my pizza and she was having a hard time believing that I hadn't already gotten it. Also got my food cold twice. So im definitely just going to make the extra drive to moreno valley one (never had a problem with that one over there)

I ordered a pizza earlier it came out undercooked soggy and I was like give me crazy all over and they took it to the back and didn’t return back for like 5-10 minutes. How hard is it to put some seasoning on my pizza? plus they act all confused when you ask them to do all that as if they don’t work there and can just turn around and see a sign that says “ask for crazy all over” like yall slow. Anyways I made the mistake of not checking if my pizza was cooked all the way until I got home. saw it was nasty. Tasted it and it was gross. and had no crazy all over. Everybody was starving so I went back and was gone buy a new pizza but yall done messed it up so badly. I ain’t paying for this nonsense. I said I wanted a crazy all over pepperoni pizza not whatever this is. And the slow lady was like “oh yeah you ordered the crazy crust pizza right?” I’m like no… I don’t even know if they fr have crazy bread pizza but whatever slow girl. Wasted my time energy gas and money. At this rate I can make a pizza better than this. Also this isn’t the first time the same lady or whatever it is messed up my order. There was another time I had to get a remake. And she ruined the remake as well but I didn’t complain cause it was already late. So I gave them benefit of the doubt.

I sent and ordered a pizza on 11/7 and it kept on saying in the oven. My pizza was not ready for an hour and then when I went to pick it up they only had one customer in that store. I got upset because this cashier was like you should know better our system is down. How would I know when this never happened before. So I said, if I have to continue waiting and it won’t be ready another hour or so I may have to cancel it. Anyway, I went there to pick it up . The cashier was like no you can’t have your pizza pay for it again! The manager was there and it’s like he enjoyed all this bad service to the customer. I almost called the cops because he wants to charge me again and I didn’t got my money returned or the pizza I ordered. The manager of this store should had not let this escalate to a big argument. He did nothing to stop it right away. This store doesn’t care about customers . I’ll never order here again! He’s attitude like you should know better! I never ordered at other little Cesar’s and it keeps saying in the oven for 50 minutes and more. Then when I went there to pick up my item he wants me to pay again? Then argues with me? Wow! Don’t get pizza here people. I called corporate and I even told them this because they laughed at me playing games with another customer standing there watching all this. I just got off talking with corporate today on 11/10/25. Hopefully she will fire that store manager and that smart ass cashier because I almost called the cops on them! They want to charge me again for a pizza I didn’t yet receive . I’m not playing that ! Very rude workers and a manager that don’t care of that cashier arguing with customers and want to charge them again. One day they’ll get the wrong customer then some dude going to pick up his pizza and if they do him the way they did me on 11/7/25 he’ll probably punch the guy for telling him pay again and laughing and arguing with customer. I ordered it 8:10 pm and did not got it till 9:11pm . They are just playing all that time bc when I went there there was only one customer other than myself in line. Sad!
