Worst service ever! They see you standing and they are just chit chatting in the back.

After placing my order online for drive thru pick up I waited over an hour in the drive thru. And then come home to my breadsticks being raw. Pizza flat asf and no sauce.

The absolute worst little Cesar's I have ever been to. No one takes your order on the intercom, long wait, and they never have ready made pizzas. The management definitely lacks respect fir their Perris customers.

The wait time is the worst ever!!!! I placed an order on the app and said it would be ready by 7:44pm and instead wasn't ready until 8:20pm. This is ridiculous!! What is the point of ordering ahead in the app then?! They need to get it together at this specific shop. I get that it gets overloaded but they need to hire more staff or something.

Placed an online order for ASAP pickup. One hour later, no email confirmation saying my order would be ready, like it said I would get. I hesitantly make my way over and lo and behold, my pizza is not ready nor placed in the pizza portal like it should have been. There's also no one at the front to speak to and there's a dozen other customers who are probably just as frustrated as I am that no one working here is capable of making a single pizza.I was not going to wait over an hour for a mediocre pizza, so I just left. I had already paid online, so guess who got robbed of their money. There's not a single person to speak to in store and I called them on the phone and was on hold for over half an hour. I did my due diligence to try to get this resolved, but I'm just gonna have to call my bank to dispute the charge, which if I recall, results in a $20 penalty for the merchant. I didn't want to resort to this, but I can't say I feel bad about it in the slightest. This must be the only reason they're in business. They take your money from online orders, hope you get fed up and leave, and pray that you don't try to get a refund. There's literally a Domino's in the same lot as this place. An infinitely better place in every aspect. Better value, faster, tastier, better service, better everything. No reason to choose this disgrace of a location.Oh yeah, 2 and a half hours later and my pizza still isn't ready. Amazing.

This might sound overdramatic and massively inconvenient but if you're reading this just go to the Little Caesars on 14940 Perris Blvd in Moreno Valley. I promise you you'll be home quicker than coming here even if you live across the street. Don't fall for the drive through. You can go to Walmart, buy a comparable (slightly better in my opinion) quality Rising Crust Digorno, go home, throw that bad boy in the oven, relax for a bit, and eat your digorno by the time your order at this Little Caesars would be ready. Trust me, I doubt myself every time and I keep having to learn this lesson over and over again. I always think it's going to be a different story when I come here the next time. This review is just as much for me as it is to warn all of you. I know I'll forget how long I've been waiting here for my 2 meager greasy pizzas. I know I'll be back, and when I inevitably sit in my car waiting another 45 minutes after the app said my pizza was ready I'll think about this review and wonder why I didn't just drive out to the Little Caesars in Lake Elsinore with 3.9 stars at the time of this review. I mean good god when you show up half the time I swear my order is in the pizza portal along with like 3 others but they can never find it. What happens to all those pizzas at the end of the night? God only knows. I promise you that these pizzas may be hot, but they will not be ready when you get here.Oh and of course the obligatory "If I could give this place zero stars I would"Update: My car died because I was waiting so long. Silver lining here is that there were about a dozen other cars idling in the parking lot that were able to provide a jump to a fellow hungry person. That does not count the extra 6 vehicles in the drive thru lane by the way.As a caring member of the community of Perris, CA. I implore you to spend your time elsewhere

Awful service. Wait time is crazy you have to wait 2x as long even when you place an order in advance. And ontop of that the order is wrong.. By far the worst little ceasars I've been to. I always give them the benefit of a doubt and they never fail to fail...
