They didn't give me the food I ordered, I returned it and waited 45 minutes between each return, twice. The same day, the same order and not a very good attitude from the service, very angry, they don't pay attention when taking the order, they give you what they want, very bad experience 😠😡😠😡😠😡

This is all ridiculous. Fast food employees want more money for work but yet they do less. No more cashiers, now we have to do all the work on our own order. Food was fresh. The little interaction I had with an employee was nice. The guy was helpful and put my order in the kiosk for me. McDonald's doesn't pay me any wages so I refuse to do any work.

Be it as it may I only had one item in my curbside order PLEASE TRY to be more efficient!!!! Don't be be suspenseful and wonder if I want napkins. Since you're walking out just bring some napkins with you just in case or put it in bag. It doesn't give you the option to ask for napkins in the app. A lot of restaurants they carry ketchup and sauces and straws and napkins in their safety vest so that they have it handy and ready that makes much sense to me. And to top it all off when I ask him to bring me some napkins he turns around, nods, goes inside, and never come back out! SSMMMHH Really how rude!

I did the buy one get one for $1 and redeemed points for a free kids meal and was told I cannot use my reward when purchasing something off the value menu. I’ve never had this issue at any other location. I got receipts that show my buying off the value menu and redeeming points with no issue at the lake Elsinore McDonalds. To top it off they also messed up my kids meal…. I wanted chicken nuggets and got a burger. I got 4 sauces for a $40+ order?! I asked for EXTRA sauce. It’s also more expensive than the Lake Elsinore location. I will be going only to the Lake Elsinore McDonalds from now on this one has given me way too many problems and cost more.

I go early in the morning like 6 and the coffee taste like old feel like the have left over coffee from the day before Other times I know they give my decaffeinated when I don't ask for decaffeinated coffee !! The attitude They give you is the worst part!!!
Never have ICE CREAM machine is always down always out of SWEET TEA and gives out old FRIES plz don’t come to this one ASLO take forever 🙏

Very dirty and they want to close before 9pm they no longer let anyone in after the closing time is different they don't deliver your orders properly and they let you wait a long time I arrived at 8:40pm and Amya had one locked diner opened the door for me and then more arrived and they were not allowed to enter

for a few months i’ve been getting a soda from here it tastes disgusting it has a gross aftertaste and i’m concerned they don’t clean their soda machine nozzles, it’s disgusting if they haven’t cleaned them, not to mention everytime i make a mobile order it takes quite a while, one time i waited 40 minutes and it took to long so we went to the drive and they had no one in the drive thru to make orders to, so i don’t know why they haven’t given me my order once we got to the window they said they didn’t have my order still and their dining soda machines are broken

I went this morning to get a small cup of coffee and drove home and went to drink the coffee when it was just hot water. Who does that? I understand we are all human but you had one job. Pour coffee in a cup. Seriously 20 plus dollars an hour and this is what we get.
