Everyone here must hate their job. My wife and I order from DoorDash every now and then. EVERY SINGLE time we order from THIS McDonald's there is a problem. No ketchup packets, burgers are smashed, fries are missing, no straws for our drinks, burgers are missing, no napkins, I mean... the issues are endless. There is ABSOLUTELY no love here and this McDonald's SUCKS. Highly recommend ordering from another McDonald's or taking time out of your day to drive to another one.

All I have to say about this place is that they have really bad customer service! If the manager sees this, please talk to your employees. And to the employees — if you don’t like your job, find a new one! I came to Walmart to run errands, and my son was hungry, so we stopped to get him a Happy Meal. I apologize if I came off as rude, but I simply refused to order through a kiosk. The short, light-skinned girl with a blond ponytail who was working on 10/29/25 around 8:15 PM gave me my order, but as I was walking away, I noticed my son’s chocolate milk was missing. When I went back to the counter to ask for it, she checked the fridge but never said they were out. Another customer then came up saying her child’s apple juice was missing, and when I asked again about the chocolate milk, the employee rudely told me the other girl went to get them from the back. So you can’t communicate with your customers and instead leave customers standing there confused? TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! And when she finally handed me the milk, she did it with an attitude. Completely unacceptable.

Rude customer service . Never has order correct… they are so big on using mobile to order yet can never pull up the orders. Their system is always down and if it does work they have you waiting 20/30mins for even something small as a coffee.

Even on a bad day you can’t go wrong here all the McDonalds still a great spot if your wanting healthy then check menu . Prices still affordable for family that are large and kids love it . It’s all about what you order and what you’re willing to pay for ! We love it !

Honestly they need to re-train their employees I was waiting for a cup of coffee about 20 min almost 30 min simply because they where to busy talking and forgot they deleted my order so there time don’t go up on proving it but upon doing so they forgot to also prepare the simple order of an iced coffee really. The guy and the girls need to re-train!!! Mind you it was busy at all! That’s what get me more mad.

I ordered a chicken sandwich with fries to go and ate in on my way home . The fries were mediocre. Not even that hot looked like they were reheated, but they were edible even though they lack salt. The chicken sandwich however, was disgusting. I was so p***** I spent $12 and I couldn't even finish it. The chicken was hard,cold flavorless And chewy so I threw it away. I really don't understand how McDonald's is so popular. I haven't been in here for years And now I remember why
