Went through drive through yesterday night and was the worst drive through experience, it took 30 minutes just to get through the line just to be told to pull to side and wait longer for my food I ended up just leaving, don't go to this McDonald's go to the one on Ramona expressway

That was literally the most disgusting McCrispy an last time I will ever go to Mcdonalds. I haven't been since I was 15/16, I'm 36 now. I said let's give it a shot an I literally had flashbacks of a greasy hamburger an the reason why I never go to McDonalds. I took 2 bites of it an both of them I could hardly chew, how rough an tough the breading an chicken was. An I an a meat eater but OMG, it was like chewing cardboard

They have doors locked and Noone in window so they're hiding in back of store. Have fun explaining to corporate what you guys were doing and I saw a guy mopping as I pulled up.

If a 'zero' could be given I would... The drive-thru attendants with their AirPods in their ear while talking to customers can't get orders correct. For some stupid reason I still come back? With minimal time for a lunch break, these zippers can't get an order right, and I've no time to complain and get the order correct. I'm done! Del Taco across the street from now on!

I dont think the franchisees understand the volume this mcdonalds does, where it seems short staff at any given time. I feel bad for the employees that work here. Like 10 -15 mins wait times for a fast food restaurant. Do better.
