Service was just not it, they literally made me wait for my pick up order. 30 minutes passed and my order was just sitting there on the side. They didn’t call out my order! I only got my order until I asked how much longer. I’m honestly disappointed with the service today, when I usually get good and fast service here.

Never eating here again i came to eat here just as I walked in your 2 cashiers had big faces made to eachother like if by me coming in was going to give them alot of work. I ordered my food and 2 other people got their food who were BEHIND me in line before me? How does that work? And your chef in the back with a hat, smirks at me from the kitchen while im eating, that disturbed me, because why are you looking at me eating with a smirk? Make me think he did something to my food, i didnt eat anymore. Mind I was with my kids. I got food poision the next day. Right now im taking medicine to ease the stomach aches but nah. Im never eatimg here again. Oh and i ordered #42 from there. Never again eating here in Perris Ohnos. Never had a issue with Riverside's Ohno but if your reading this im just letting you know my exeperience. This was THIS week of february between Feb 07 / Feb 08/ 2025.

First time here….stopped here for a bite on the way to San Diego. I got the chicken katsu and a side of spam musubi! I loved everything! The convo plates are served with steamed broccoli and cabbage and that was amazing! I loved everything and definitely recommend trying this place! Great service too!

Desiree and Floor left me on hold for several minutes, I came into the store while still on hold lmao. Desiree wasn’t even at the register when we walked in so I don’t understand why we were still on hold. Then she started to take walkin orders and Floor then walked away from the second register and STILL DIDNT ANSWER THE PHONE . Finally Desiree answers it after taking a few more people with just one register while Floor is just wondering around with now two people on hold lmao. When it’s just me left in line she finally answered it floor still not doin shii. I hung up on her and told her I was on hold and was wondering how long it was going to take to answer the phone she was just like “um ok” instead of answering, apologizing, or taking any responsibility . Desiree then turned to Floor and said she hung up on the second person on hold laughed and shrugged . So y’all just clear the restaurant before answering the phone? Because when I worked in food it was in the order it comes . If the phone rang before anyone was there they should’ve took the phone order and stopped taking in store orders. I’ve never had this problem at any other ono before . It def seemed to be Desiree’s fault she seems like a witch tbh. Shouldn’t be in customer service lmao.
If you want all the bells and whistles definitely come here because you will quite literally get that from the cook who clearly didn't appreciate his job and was obnoxiously yawning and whistling. Although his whistle was very annoying I can tell he just didn't like his job and was goofing around to be obnoxious and see what reactions he can gain from customers. I tried to ignore it but literally could not when the whistling was louder than the music, and my conversation. Great food but very annoying cook. It's annoying because this was supposed to be a nice meal but couldn't even hear my thoughts over the cook. Aside from noise the tables were disgusting and sticky. I set my phone and my receipt on the table just for it to be stuck to a bunch of saucy substance. Terrible service but great food.

This lemon pepper chicken is rough to chewy. very rubbery. Can't eat it. Disappointed for the 20mins I waited for it. It should be soft, and edible. It looks great. It smells great. The rice and chicken salad are delicious. The veggies are fresh and good. But the chicken is not at all how chicken should be cooked. Not likely to return to this location. I've given it three chances.
