So, I literally just receive my order. SO Disappointed. I paid for a Pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and pizza sauce. It taste like cheese and crackers. I should of ordered Pizza Hut.

Although the service was mediocre and the lady up front was kind, i got home and noticed one the yellow peppers was bitten into. The shop was empty and there was only one woman working so I could pinpoint exactly who it was. This is disgusting and completely unacceptable. I cannot imagine what else they might do if they’re okay with giving customers bitten and eaten food.

Seriously , ordered 2 large pepperoni pizzas .At 9pm in Perris Anthony was the Mgr ( so he said ) .When my family open 1box looked ok then we opened second box an 2 HUGE roaches were inside the BOX .Could this be a NIGHT MARE !!! Calling Health Department in morning, unexceptionable , called the store they gave me the run around , called another store and they gladly gave me corporate number , My kids a few pieces praying they are ok , Fair warning they are unclean stay away .

Came in there around my 9:00 4/7/25 ordered in my pizza was horrible and the manager wouldn't even remake it didn't even apologize for making my pizza wrong and it was horrible sausage tasted spoiled 🤮 I need better management there at Perris and Ramona

Totally Disgusted! If I could give a zero, I would I ordered $70 worth of pizza today when the pizza arrived there was a big old black long hair baked in the cheese. I called to try to have the issue resolved and was told that they could just make me another one and send it back out as if I would want any more pizza with hair baked in it. I asked for the manager and was told that there is no manager there. I’d have to call back. I am truly disappointed and disgusted. I will not be ordering at Papa John’s again after I speak to a manager in the morning I will come back and update this review.

$32 for a large pizza that's including a 10% tip to ring it up. Double pepperoni and pineapple all covered up with a lot of sauce and a little fake cheese. I'll never buy from these big pizza places again their product is simply not worth that kind of money.
