Worst service ever, we order a pizza at 9:00 at night. Online it says they close at 11:00 pm, we get there at 9:30 pm, and they’re closed . No staff, 2 lights on only., but yet online is says they’re open. The service here is unreliable and I’m sure their pizza is too. If u can go to the Papa John’s off Ramona Expressway in Moreno Valley, there Pizza is better quality and service is real and sincere.

I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. My normal Papa John's location closed so I tried this location. The pizza was horrible. I ordered bell peppers on my pizza and they were burnt. The employees were saying that it wasn't burnt, but the peppers were black. Initially I wanted the pizza remade but the customer service I received was so terrible I just asked for my money back. I spoke to the manager and he was very nice, but the damage was already done. I will not return to this location, EVER.

Was very disappointed on the pizza I received last night. I got my pizza delivered through DoorDash and was surprised when my pizza arrived with no stickers to seal the boxes. I have a sick mom at home that cannot chance her food being tampered with by anyone. What I don't understand is when placing a carry out order, the pizzas are sealed with stickers. I don't understand how a carry out order is sealed for quality and a DoorDash order isn't. Definitely disappointed. Papa Johns used to be my go-to pizza spot, but I will definitely not be coming back again. Wasted $30 on pizza we couldn't touch.

Delivered to the wrong address somehow?? Took over an hour and the place is 5 minutes away from my house. Had to call and ask for a refund so he started getting mad and frustrated and breathing all hard then before I even got it, he hung up on me. Would rate zero stars. Do not get your stuff delivered. They can’t reas 4 letters apparently. It’s on google maps. Not hard.

Their were fraudulent transactions made to teamfanshop after using my debit card at this papa johns location. If you plan on using ur debit card or credit card, monitor your card for any suspicious activity.
It was pouring rain and the guy just knocked and walked away. Our boxes were all wet and one of our pizzas was burned. That pizza should have never left the store.

Had pizza made in time, and they greeted me as I walked in. Someone helped me right away once inside.
Went here last Thursday for dinner while we were camping at Lake Perris. We got 4 pizzas, breadsticks & a Doritos Cool Ranch Papadilla! The pizzas were cooked to perfection, sauce & cheese just right. We got 2 orders of breadsticks because there was a lot of us, the orders were huge! We didn’t even finish all the bread. And the Steak Papadilla was recommended to us by one of the workers there, and it was fire! The Doritos Cool Ranch was not to over powering and the crunch was delicious! It tasted like a Philly cheese steak. Will definitely be going back there when we are in Perris again!
