We happened to stop here on our way home from Big Bear, and wow was is amazing. The staff were super friendly and excited that we were first time customers getting to try the food. The young man at the counter gave us some recommendations and I ordered the pork torta he suggested, my husband ordered carne asada tacos. The torta was hands down one of the best tasting sandwiches I’ve ever had, the tacos were awesome too, the tortillas were so tasty and the meat was crisp but not dry, full of flavor. When we were finished and back on the road we were already dreaming of going back.

Tortas ahogadas are my favorite. The food is always good. The place is already old and could use some improvements. It would greatly help with the atmosphere. The service would be much improved with just a smile and welcome.

I speak little Spanish, so i used Google translator (it works at work). I ordered 6 tacos carne asada, $23.00 the most money ever spent on carne asada tacos. When I got home, I thought I had at least 4 more, nope. Only 6.
The food here is really good, I usually order from here for lunch. The only downside is that for what you get, you do spend a lot. Almost $20.00 for a torta is a bit much. Taste is great, prices, not so much.
