My autistic adult son ordered some water with his order and Natalie, who I when I asked her for her name told me it was Nyx, charged him for a fountain drink. When I asked her about it she said she didn’t hear water, and couldn’t do anything about it. I suggested she pay better attention to the customer since I was standing there when he ordered, and heard it clearly. She played the victim and told me not to take that tone with her. She later suggested he give back the cup he uses to drink water, In exchange for a cookie, which tells me she meant to charge for the water. Ridiculous

This is the worst pieology in the inland empire. Employees are hit or miss.. but mostly rude and entitled. Never have all ingredients on hand, dont wash their hands or wear gloves,smells Nasty, floor is sticky and they overcharge you for no reason. Every other one great but whoever is in charge seems unfit. Oh and did I mention MY FOOD WAS EXPIRED. Writing this as my bf is throwing up. I'm done with yall

Dirty grumpy service. Girl with the lip rings is terrible. Attitude, no gloves and asked me if I had an allergy when I asked for my favorite crust. When asking for extra cheese like I always do.. (and I know is extra charge) she rolled her eyes and said "I WILL be charging you for ALL OF THIS" and my bill for one pizza ended up 7 dollars more! I go weekly and it's always been the same. Sorry but at this point I'd rather do little ceasars

To the two ladies working today, spot on teamwork and customer service. They were amazing, I wanted to make sure to mention it on a post bc they checked ingredients for husband, had great tunes playing, awesome food, offered me a fresh cookie, made sure we had napkins. And waived us a big smile goodbye. Thanks for that, appreciate it!

"I went on December 23, 2023, around 7 pm, and I must say, their pizza was amazing. Prior to visiting, I had read some reviews mentioning complaints about pizzas being burned. However, after placing my order, I can confidently say that the pizza was not actually burnt. In fact, it was delicious, and my companions and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal."

I gave this place a chance.. but they didn't let me give them a chance.. I went there.. they asked me if I was picking up an online order., I told them not that I was there to order.. so they told me the line I a over there.. but guess what.. there was no body there, it was empty.. it was like they didn't want to take my order , so I just left.. come on people.. you have an empty place . And you are rejecting people.. please . Trying to go to local places or small places, family owned. But they are just, "whatever".. so I ended up going next door to popeyes. To make the richget richer, but hey it is what it is. .. popeyes was good anyway
