What wonderful care and attention to detail just look at the pictures. I had to wait for them to remake my pizza. They made some sort of mistake. And then I got the greasy mess in the pictures. I would have been better off with a frozen pizza. I flipped it over so you could see how soaked in grease it was.

I am located in Perris, California, and they do not deliver in Perris, California. Whoever is running this franchise is doing so poorly. This franchise has a 3 star rating. All the owner has to do is sell what Pizza Hut has been already selling successfully for years, how does one mess that up? Hopefully this place can get their hours, budget, and overhead adjusted properly to improve the store rating and get a bigger, REAL profit on the backend. PIZZA HUT USED TO DELIVER. Wack. I am beyond disappointed. My pizza was cold and raw, with the pepperoni barely cooked. On top of that, the cheese tasted absolutely nasty and disgusting like it was old or spoiled. This is the second time this has happened, and it’s absolutely unacceptable. I wasted $48 on a pizza that wasn’t even properly prepared. How does this keep happening? It’s disgusting that they would serve food like this. I’m never ordering here again.

I’m only writing this review because I ordered a medium pizza with cheese and Italian sausage and I was given chicken sausage which was disgusting tbh I obviously didn’t check the box before I left so when I got home and realized I did not want to return to the store plus it was already late at night.
Pizza Hut on Perris Blvd. next to McDonald’s. The staff is always friendly and have a good attitude.

Absolutely horrible pizza! We spent $127.00 and we were told it would cost another $8. for 8 tiny ranch dressing cups to go with our meal! We ordered wings as well. Toppings were almost nonexistent! Paper thin, soggy crust! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Ordered some pizza on 5/15/2024 at 3:40pm and we got there at 4:05pm to pick up the pizza at the window. We didn’t get our food until 4:17pm. There was a car in front waiting the whole time for their order. Once our turn came the employee opened the window and yelled “NAME” and we told her the name for the pick up order and she slammed the window and came back and practically threw the pizzas at us and slammed the window again. She was an extremely rude and disrespectful person and she alone managed to ruin the experience for us. We didn’t manage to get her name as she rushed us out of the drive thru.
