Poki Poki and Boba Tea - Perris

So this would be my second time ordering food here! My first time this guy walked me through on how to create a bowl service was great and the food was delicious. I came today Sunday 3/16 around 5p.m and the guys there had no customer service whatsoever. I also paid extra for crab meat and he did put it in there. I went back to let him know and he said he put in in there I showed him the bowl and he answered telling me that he did and if he wanted me to pull the cameras for the video. I continued telling him it wasn't there and he kept telling me he put it there. I usually don't write reviews at all this is my first one ever, but this is just how annoyed I am. I hate having to go back and forth with someone when I know he did not put the crab meat there. Other than that the food is great but please kid work on your customer service.

The food was ready pretty quickly. The service was nice. The food itself was a bit pricey to me and didn’t really taste good compared to other places I’ve tried. I personally wouldn’t go back.

It is hard to find a good poke place in the Inland Empire. This place does not disappoint! If you don’t like your food it’s because you don’t know your taste buds! Portions are big! Staff is super kind and patient and will cater to whatever you want. I’ve had poke all around the SoCal area and internationally this will fix the cravings of poke from Japan or Hawaii. Your poke is made fresh when you get there so it’s never over sauced or sitting in sauces all day! I truly recommend this place!

This food was wayyy over priced and the worst poki I’ve ever had tbh. The spicy maybe fast like mayonnaise and Sriracha and if you’ve had real pokey, you know that that’s just not the same… Especially in the spicy crab it taste like eggs and it’s awful will not be coming back here not worth the $17 for a regular bowl

Great service, yummy food, good portions, friendly employees who made helpful suggestions and was a nice place to eat and hang out with my kid. Also boba and poki at a one stop shop?? Did someone read my mind? The music was not overwhelming like so many boba places , which has been a huge turn off for me. Overall I think this place is awesome and can’t wait to be back in this area again for some poki and boba.

I come here about once a week with my coworkers and we are huge fans.

The staff is friendly and easy to talk to.

The food is awesome and the boba drinks are well done.

They even go out of their way to accommodate for one of my gluten free coworkers. (Actually cannot have it, not a fad)

Also I have seen people mentioning small serving sizes and from every poke place I have been to (~10+), they have the largest sizes.

Never had the fish because I prefer veggie bowls since they're cheaper, but the fish looks good to me.. My veggie bowls have always been good here. Fresh ingredients as far as I can tell.
