They made me wait for 20 minutes just to give me cold food and when I asked the girl to give me sauce she came back laughing and when I got home I realized a sauce was open and spilled all over my bag. Unhappy at your job, work somewhere else.

I pass by this place on a daily basis after 6 years of just driving by today I visited I've been craving mash potatoes the chicken is decent maybe a little too crispy but decent 2 things stood out today the young lady taking our order absolutely friendly helpful eager to help I'm absolutely happy to see a young person with such a good positive vibe the other part that stood out was the price dinner for 2 including 2 aple pies for under 20 dollars maybe the restaurant was in a little disarray but the young lady's helpful friendly nature made up for that

This location is always busy. The fried chicken is always great in my eyes. Sides hit or miss on freshness. Customer service is pretty bad. Your lucky if they acknowledge you when entering, standing in front of them, down to the manager, which is surprising! Only one time I encounter a great team of young Raza. They were fast friendly and awesome! I have not seen them since. Busy and borderline disrespectful no eye contact. Invisible until they choose to take your order. If it wasn't for the chicken being so crunchy and delicious I would never go back. Sad!

Ordered 3pc chicken wings fry’s and red beans and rice. The wings looked like drummetts, the fry’s were cold and stale, the red beans and rice was ok and just warm. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me, I never complained until now. I live in Menifee so I’m not driving back to complain. They know what they’re giving you when they make the order. Last time at that location.
Super yummy had a bacon cheese chicken sandwich was super satisfied with my food definitely will return.

This store was horrible. I will never come back to this store. All the children need to be fired, except for Theo. He was the only person working while the other children were having a water fight.Please relocate Theo and clean house.
