I've been going to this restaurant for the past 4 years now, All throughout those 4 years going here, Popeyes somehow miraculously gets something wrong without failure within each visit, Whether it's forgetting something on my order, Giving me the wrong item, Lack of assistance, Or the food is low quality, I'd love to thank this place because now it inspired me to go to other restaurants with my friends, Amen.

Worst service. Never call to pickup even we sit right before the counter. The order is ready but keeps ignore us when being asked. Employee was unaware of the promotion like Tuesday Special until being explained.Often missing items in order, e.g. all tenders in my combo, did not provide sporks or spool until being asked after waiting for them in 10 minutes.Item size is another issue. Some tenders and wings are much smaller than others.

I have to totally give up on this place their chicken is never fresh it's always hard to bite into meat feels rubbery every time I'm in the drive-thru they have me wait in the parking area to bring me my food always forgetting my sauces stay away from this location you would think it's always fresh because of the high capacity of people that run through this area but no they still managed to run a lazy establishment

Rarely come to Popeyes, but had a random craving for it today. My tenders had that crispy crunch, Mac n cheese was on point, overall food was fresh! Shout out to the Drive-Thru window service, CODY. Saw your name tag dude. We need more people like you for drive thru windows: respectful, courteous, thanks dude. Place looked chill from outside.
I’m posting this because they forgot to add two large mashed potatoes after we arrive home. I made a phone call w/ Katie and requested her to deliver us the remaining two mashed potatoes. They said they way is to come back to the restaurant and pick it up, but my family and I are at home starving to death. It’s unfair for the employees to be irresponsible and selfish for this act. I’ll report this too because I paid $77 for THIS ORDER. I’m hoping you’ll regret this and one day something will come after you. It’s either you will deliver to us or return our money BACK.
