The service is terrible, bad attention, cold food.

The pupusas are the most delicious in the area, great size, and customer service is exceptional. Also, La horchata salvadoreña and La ensalada I believe it’s called (second agua fresca) are just extremely good. I’ve had those aguas frescas in other pupuseria restaurants and by far, this restaurant makes them the best. Lastly, cannot go wrong with an order of plátanos fritos con frijol y crema. Very delicious as well. Definitely coming back.

The food and service were very good. The lady at the counter was very welcoming. She made me feel like at home. She will greet you in Spanish. However, if you don't speak Spanish, she will transition in English with the same smile. I had Pollo guisado. Very delicious. An order of pastellitos and empanadas to go. I did enjoy it very much.

To begin, the atmosphere and service of this place are great. It's a small hole-in-the-wall place that serves Salvadorian food. The restaurant uses nostalgia and homeliness from Salvadoreans who find themselves abroad and in this place for its atmosphere. The service, alongside the atmosphere of having the president, Nayib Bukele, staring me down as I eat, adds to that atmosphere. The cashier was helpful and kind, giving us more curtido (cabbage mix) for the pupusas. However, the pupusas themselves do not have much flavor. The corn exterior is thick and lacks any earthy flavor from the corn itself, which negates any flavor from the meat or cheese. This issue is especially prevalent in the chicharron, which has a more aromatic taste and gets overwhelmed with the corn and the vinegary curtido. Furthermore, both sauces lack much depth in flavor, with the restaurant's motif of muted flavors seen in those sauces as one can barely taste the smokiness of some chili before it is lost amongst all the thick corn of the pupusa. Despite the mediocre food, I'd go here again for the experience, especially with how affordable the food is here, with its large portions for little money.

They use to be really good when the 1st opened. I’m not sure if they are under new management but the pupusa was not good, the cabbage mix had way too much vinegar plus it looked old, the sauce also had no flavor. I paid $30 for 4 and that is way too much especially if eating just 1 doesn’t make you full.

Their service is excellent. Their pupusas are too dry and too much dough not enough cheese.

I tried to place an order and they hung up on me while placing the order! I think it's very rude of the employee to hang up! Do better!

Came here as this is the closest place to our new place and it did not disappoint! It's a small hole in the wall spot but the cooks know what they're doing! My husband and I came here for a quiet Friday evening. 3 out of the 5 tables were occupied. It's a good ambience too. The food was delicious. Pupusas were not greesy and the atol de elote was sooooo good! We will be coming back for sure!

It was good but then the next day when i ate the food i put in the fridge i thew up and had food poisoning. Dont see how i would throw up the next day but not the first day? Dont trust this place after that but there Salvadoran tamales are so good. There papusas were burnt as hell werent as soft and had no flavor like other papusas i had. Now there fruit drink though was bomb as hell. Overall i would never go here again. There are places with way better papusas and no food poisoning the next day
