I came in to order my usual two coffees. Marlene took my order. When I tried the coffees, they were very watery and didn’t taste like coffee at all. I went back and mentioned they tasted “watery,” and she responded by saying they didn’t add water. I explained that whatever was added, the drinks still didn’t taste like coffee.
Her reaction felt sarcastic when she turned to tell the barista what I said. I don’t believe the drinks were actually remade because the replacements tasted the same—except this time they were extremely hot. I could feel the heat through the cup and the cardboard sleeve.
Unfortunately, I couldn’t drink them and had to throw them away. I think it may be worth checking in with the cashier, as she didn’t seem very motivated or professional in her role

Today on September 17 2025, I got some coffee here at this location and was surprised to be greeted by the young lady at the register. The environment and atmosphere was AMAZING and very warm inside this Starbucks location. Everyone was so nice to me and they kept thanking me for being there. ❤️ Thank you guys! Oh and by the way the coffee was made with love and perfection! ❤️😭 Thank you for your services and support I will definitely be going back to this location.

Worst Experience I’ve ever had. I came in 6/15/25 early before my hospital shift 20min after opening and the employee had to come unlock the door. I said good morning and neither of the two staff said anything. I ordered my drink and went to the restroom after waiting 15min I started to walk around, the gentlemen then said your drink has been ready whenever you are. Had they got my name, put my drink on the pick up counter or called that my drink was ready I would have known, instead they kept my drink behind the counter while they set up pastries and counted the drawer! I was the only customer they had and I tipped prior to knowing how rude they would be!

Apparently they don’t follow directions or something. I didn’t order anything extreme.. an iced cinnamon dolce latte with Carmel drizzle.. just to receive a hot coffee filled a little more than half way and no Carmel…
It was through delivery because I don’t have my car today, so I paid more and paid extra for the caramel.. but for them to not even fill it all the way is ridiculous.

We have been loyal customers of this location for yearssss and order at least once on a WEEKLY basis. We have spent hundreds of dollars to say the least on this locations alone. Yesterday my husband, who is a construction worker, unfortunately ran out of water and made a quick stop during his lunch break for some water and was denied by a worker with colorful hair who stated the owner has prohibited giving out “free water” unless costumers buy something. We will NEVER be coming back to this location.
Hello I want to refill this store. They have very bad customer service. Apart from that, a very long wait when the store is literally empty.

I've been to many Starbucks in California and many other states. This hast be one of the friendliest, accurate and fastest service I've experienced. Christina, Lynda and the team are great, even at there peak of rush time. Yes, you may have to wait a bit at the peak of rush hour but they treat you like a valued customer. Great job you all!
