I've been to many Starbucks in California and many other states. This hast be one of the friendliest, accurate and fastest service I've experienced. Christina, Lynda and the team are great, even at there peak of rush time. Yes, you may have to wait a bit at the peak of rush hour but they treat you like a valued customer. Great job you all!

Never been to this Starbucks before. Ordered a black coffee before heading to work around 6:20 AM.
Atmosphere awful. 4 people behind the counter. 2 people putting aprons on. Store empty. Manager sitting at a table shouting out to staff with no smile.
I had to wait 5 mins just for a black coffee.
When I was on the road, took a sip of my coffee it had milk in it. Yuk!
Dumped it out. I might as well have thrown $5 out of the window.

came in tonight an hour before closing, lobby was very welcoming and clean, great atmosphere. barista was cleaning up and shift lead albert made my medicine ball tea perfect with my special requests. super kind and welcomed my chattyness lol. he went above and beyond letting me know the specifics of the medicine ball ingredients and the new chamomile tea as far as letting me smell it’s aroma. twas’ a very great experience after a long, stressful day. i’m a former sbux partner who doesn’t love returning to stores due to some unwelcoming experiences but this was a really nice visit, especially during holiday season and i will be back :) glad to see the third place is alive and well, thank u albert!

Please read- My son just graduated from high school. Out applying to get his first exciting job and be an asset to society. My other 2 kids started out at Starbucks and had amazing experiences . Now one of them is in public service AFTER seeing the need from working at Starbucks. My youngest went to see Christina Bautista, The hiring manager at the Nuevo, Perris location, So she could put a face to his recent application and see that he is really interested (he also went the day before, that's how he squired her name) . He asked for her via a Barista and she met him rudely asking the employee "Is this him?" My son proceeded to tell her that he applied for the Barista job and wanted to meet her personally. She responded with "I suggest you go elsewhere. You won't get a job here". My son was mortified because he said there were Customers, and they all stopped and listened as Christina just stared at him. I was heartbroken because my youngest told me he asked his older brother who was also there "is that what I have to look forward to as a boss in my jobs? ". My oldest responded "No, none of mine were like that". While, I didn't expect my youngest to be the one they hired. I did expect him to have a professional experience. I am hoping that Starbucks makes a change. We cannot have people like this in positions that affect our youth's mindset when we are pushing them to be assets to society.

This review is only for the Really rude cashier(Christina) that took my order I know they are busy since the other Starbucks is under construction but unfortunately she has a really bad attitude I will not be coming back.

I tried ordering four custom espressos with added heavy cream and the espressos I got barely had any cream. When I asked for a bit more heavy cream, the barista rudely explained that I paid for the splash that I got and that any more cream would cost extra. On top of that I got charged for five coffees when I only ordered and received four. Never had bad service like this at any other Starbucks!
