Went in with my son and I stood there for at least 5 min. 3 workers and no one made eye contact. A girl was on the register but she didn't say anything til I finally walked up to the register. (I normally see a guy in the front who is on top of everything, he is good.) I felt like I was annoying her when I asked for a cake pop she mumbled it. My drink was good but I almost spit it out when I heard her tell another customer she was the manager. Customers can go anywhere they want but if you greet them they will come back.

Imagine you being with your 3 littles ones waiting in line just have a member help their worker instead of you than when you bring it up you get an attitude you get the same energy you give back I understand it was mistake but imagine still getting an attitude just because you said something and broke up there little conversation people have things to do learn to teach your workers about manners because they all had a damn attitude when I said something I’ve worked with customer service for over 4 years no matter the issue even how mad I was I always kept professional us consumers are the reason why you have a job

They must have fired all their good employees because this place sucks so bad now. I loved this Starbucks but now all their drinks are incredibly watered down and the employees would rather Kiki it up than deal with the super long lines. The employees are so insanely rude as well. If you don't want to work at Starbucks then don't work there, but there is absolutely zero reason why you should have attitude about someone rightfully getting upset that the simplest drink on the menu, which something you literally just pour into a cup, has taken you over 30 minutes to make.
