If the workers are going to talk non stop and not properly call out the names of the orders being done then why work there

The slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. Legit took them 45 minutes to make my drink, and there were many others waiting as well. We only had 2 things an iced latte and a cake pop. They even forgot to give me the cake pop for my daughter..

I went to Starbucks to get a pup cup for my 16 year old chihuahua because it’s his birthday and they actually denied me because I had to buy something to get a pup cup•_• like yeah no thanks since when did they stop giving out free pup cups very very disappointing, no satisfaction at all, this was my last straw with Starbucks. Will not be coming back anymore.

i’d give a zero star if i could. the workers here are over all rude and do not have good customer service AT ALL. my drink was make wrong when i had them remake it and drove off the lady at the window rolled her eyes when i drove off (mind you i didn’t give attitude at all i never do i am very well mannered). another occasion when i was ordering i ordered a venti when i got to the window my drink was a grande i told them i ordered a venti the manager came and gave attitude saying “she said she ordered a venti but she didn’t she ordered a grande” everyone in my car heard me order a venti. there had been several other occasions i could write about with this specific location. as a old starbucks barista its not hard to be polite and to do ur job i had rude customers i never once rolled my eyes or was rude to them i reflected on myself and thought ok how can i make sure this doesn’t happen what actions in myself can i take to make sure my customers leave happy with their drinks like said it’s not hard to do ur job or just work somewhere else
Definitely one of the worst Starbucks I’ve been to because of their attitude when ever I’m ordering they always try to give attitude it’s not hard to be polite especially if ur getting paid for it I started going to the other Starbucks because they have better customer service and most of the baristas don’t hate their job like the ones at this location
I went in and an Asian lady with glasses came up to Mr in a bad mood asking if I'm going to buy something but I was setting my things down . I would charge my phone there so I see why ask but still I was going to buy a coffee but she gave me a negative vide so I left . Don't come here go to the other one not worth the mean faces to ruin ur day.i Gabe her a tip when . When I was waiting for my mom to pick me up but I payed for my drink and tipped her $5 . Was not worth it . Wish I can get my tip back

Terrible customer service the two ladies that were there were very rude. The one taking the order through drive through seemed annoyed that I was there to pickup a mobile order stating that I had to go back around since my order wasn’t ready. She stated that they had a policy that I had to wait 12 minutes when by the time I was at the window it was when the app said my order was ready. When I went inside to get my order the barrista was also ride telling to just grab my order and walked away when my Oder wasn’t even complete I had to remind her that I was missing an item. They were both rude and seemed as if they didn’t want to help. They need better customer service skills because we’re beyond rude, not sure if I will be coming back to this location because of how rude they were.

They seem like they hate their job or something, giving dirty looks at others they don’t like, gossip about people in the drive through. Plus the dude with the glasses is a rude person hope you get healed soon, the attitude in this place needs to maintenance plus they misspell names
