They seem like they hate their job or something, giving dirty looks at others they don’t like, gossip about people in the drive through. Plus the dude with the glasses is a rude person hope you get healed soon, the attitude in this place needs to maintenance plus they misspell names

1 star because I’ve been sitting in this drive thru line for 15 minutes now and there’s still 3 cars ahead of me… This is the longest I’ve ever waited in a drive thru Starbucks. .
I have been coming to this Starbucks since it opened. The drinks are decent, and some cashiers are really helpful, nice and welcoming and the rest I encountered through drive thru and walk in were rude.

This Starbucks is always super busy. Beyond unorganized, messing up the orders, and it's not worth the wait to get it fixed. No customer service.

Literally just ordered this drink at drive thru.
I wanted my drink a certain way not difficult at all and she just said I’m going to give you the brown sugar espresso and it will be cheaper. 1st off stop recommending a drink if I didn’t ask in the first place. They did a good job making this drink taste like sink water, milk, and cinnamon no espresso whatsoever.
I called their Store, manager Brittney said to just come back and they’ll make a new one or go to another location and they will make it….
But why? There was literally me and another car in drive thru it was so early not busy at all. This location is good at being inconsistent. I haven’t logged in and made a review in yearsssss as you can see. I Just want an iced coffee made the right way especially when it’s $8-$10. Is it really that hard to listen to your paying customers sbux?

Good when traveling from bus to bus
I come here a lot, n most of the times it's a good experience but today the service was poor, I hurried in to get infront of a large group to order. The girl at the front was busy but still took my order but didn't let me finish like if she was just trying to get rid of me, I told her I wasn't finish n continue with my order, then when I got my order it was incorrect n they asked me to pay for what I ask for so now I had to go back n wait behind the large group just to pay for the foam n when I payed I let her know that she needs to relax n pay attention to what costumers ask for, afterwards I was waiting for my danish n she happened to bring it to me but 1st ignore me by giving someone else there order then go to the drive through n afterwards came back n toss my Danish even though I had my hand out, very pety on her end, I proceeded to say thank u n left

We not only waited in the drive thru for over a half an hour, but also received the wrong drink. The sticker on the cup was correct but the drink was a completely different one. Not only is that dangerous for anyone with allergies or intolerances, it is unacceptable after waiting such a long period of time. We had also ordered a warmed danish and it was completely cold by the time we received it.
