Today I was very disappointed of this Starbucks I send my husband to get me a drink and he ask for water and ice and they told him they don’t give out water out . Sorry but that is not true I visit your store every day and get my drink. My husband never complaint he always wants to nice but today he was very upset . The fact that they did give the customer behind him water and ice. No cool 😡

I was really disappointed about my experience here. If I could give no stars I would. My experience was so bonkers so I'll share it. I ordered a sandwich throug the mobile app. The actual store was closed but drive thru was open. The app instructed me to pick up my sandwich inside at the counter. The door was locked so I approached the drive thru. I was told I couldn't come to that window. I explained the situation. The woman finally gave in and asked for my name. I gave it to her. 3 times. She kept telling me I didn't have an order. And I kept showing her the confirmation in the app. On the forth try she finally found my order. Hello...this is earth...have we met :)

The sweetest people work here, my regular is pink drink with vanilla and white mocha but today I wanted to change it up and get the new raspberry syrup, unfortunately I didn’t like it so I asked to get it remade to my regular even though it was completely my fault they remade the drink with no problem even though it’s made correctly. They replace it to satisfy the costumer I appreciate you guys!

Consistently Great Coffee and Friendly Service in Perris

I always enjoy stopping by the Starbucks in Perris. The staff here are super friendly and welcoming, making every visit feel personal and relaxed. The baristas know their craft — my matcha latte was perfectly balanced and creamy, just how I like it.

I also tried the pumpkin pepita loaf, and it was delicious — moist, flavorful, and the perfect seasonal treat. It pairs wonderfully with a warm drink.

What really stood out was how attentive the team was; they kindly reminded me to scan my Starbucks card for stars even when I wasn’t using it to pay, which was a nice touch.

The store is clean and cozy, with plenty of seating if you want to hang out or get some work done. I also appreciate how efficient they are during busy times — my order is usually ready quickly without sacrificing quality.

Whether I’m grabbing my morning pick-me-up or an afternoon treat, this Starbucks is my go-to spot in Perris. Five stars all the way!

This Starbucks is our go-to stop on the way to San Diego — conveniently located right off the freeway. I had a decaf latte with almond milk and a lemon loaf, both of which were enjoyable and satisfying. Quick service and consistent quality make it a reliable favorite for our road trips.

My local Starbucks, Very disappointing two times in a row. Order a drink as soon as it’s handed, I immediately let them know the coloring is already off, With little to no fruit in it. Both times they told me to just try it, However This being a consistent drink I order I can immediately tell it is lacking ingredients. The coloring is almost clear when it should be Hot pink, It literally is transparent . Even the image on their app the drink is a deep pink. Attitude in the banging of all the equipment while the drink is being remade is beyond Unnecessary. Although it’s my local shop, I will not be returning. Ordering a drink is a paid service, Not a given favor, So if a customer is not content with their paid item it should be corrected.

Been coming to this Starbucks for the past 4 years now literally come everyday and sometime 2-3 times a day I’m a super super loyal customer to Starbucks but this Starbucks has definitely lost my business I spend at this specific location anywhere for $15-$60 a day and never had a problem well today there was a new face I never seen before not sure if there new or the time I went today was different but his service was horrible and the manger that was called over wasn’t even explained the situation she thought I wanted free stuff which I take very offensive because I have money I will buy anything I’m asking for and when I tried explaining the situation to her she tried changing it up because I told her I’m going to yelp the location people these days have no knowledge in anything and should work with people if you can’t understand simple task…… DONE WITH STARBUCKS I HOPE U GUYS SEE THE LOSS IN THIS LOCATION
