Been coming to this Starbucks for the past 4 years now literally come everyday and sometime 2-3 times a day I’m a super super loyal customer to Starbucks but this Starbucks has definitely lost my business I spend at this specific location anywhere for $15-$60 a day and never had a problem well today there was a new face I never seen before not sure if there new or the time I went today was different but his service was horrible and the manger that was called over wasn’t even explained the situation she thought I wanted free stuff which I take very offensive because I have money I will buy anything I’m asking for and when I tried explaining the situation to her she tried changing it up because I told her I’m going to yelp the location people these days have no knowledge in anything and should work with people if you can’t understand simple task…… DONE WITH STARBUCKS I HOPE U GUYS SEE THE LOSS IN THIS LOCATION

Unfortunately, this is the closest Starbucks to home. The staff is consistently rude, the drinks are highly inconsistent, and the prices are higher than most other locations. I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but I would rather drive to menifee a couple minutes- especially after having a rude encounter through the drive through today.

This is my least favorite Starbucks to drive thru. The women working at this location are always nice but there is an issue every so often with service. Today there is a young guy working the drive thru and my total was 15.25. I handed him a 20 and a quarter on top and he made sure the quarter dropped to the ground so I opened my door and hit my car on the window ledge. He didn’t even say sorry while I am scrambling outside my car looking for the quarter. He just stood there and stared while I searched my purse frantically for more change to give him. I called them to tell them what happened and asked for the guys name but the girl says she can’t give out names. Which is fine but I needed everyone to know why I hate coming to this location. Drive the extra ten minutes for better service. That’s what I’m going to do from now on. I didn’t have patience to wait on the phone line to talk to the manager jimmy as I needed to rush into work so here I am sharing my review with you all. Also, our strawberry drinks were filled with ice mostly so we only get like 10 great gulps out of it while the water we ordered had a nice light amount of ice- I attached a photo so you can see what I mean. Hopefully this place gets better.

Today I bought a drink like almost every other day at this location, and when I went back after shopping and leaving my drink in the car I went to ask for a cup of ice and the gentleman who was there told me that he couldn't give me a cup of ice because I’m not a customer, I literally had to go to my car to get my drink for him to see that I was a customer, something like this had never happened to me. He the assured me that it is part of the policy and that everyone does it when I know that it is not like that since I buy at least 4 times a week, this saddens!!! What kind of customer service is this? Extra disappointed that today is my birthday and I was even wearing a t-shirt that said it!

This is the second time here due to the store I usually go to is being renovated and I ordered a psl with an extra pump of sauce and both times it tasted disgusting. Like too much coffee was poured and no extra pump of sauce and not only that but the coffee aspect tasted burnt and old. I waited 20+ min for horrible quality coffee this morning and definitely won’t be returning to this location.

I am a semi driver and I arrive at 9:10 PM after the door it’s got close.
I kindly ask the lady is can I order from the drive-through because it’s still open she told me for her safety I’m not allowed to do it!!!!!
What kind of safety? What are you guys talking about? what is the difference if I’m in the car or not!!!
I’m a semi driver working super hard so you gonna have your bread and milk on the shelf…

Giving it 3 stars on ambience bc it's the smallest Starbucks I've ever been in. But half the time I've gone through the drive thru they've upgraded my size of drink for free! Super nice. And then one of the two times I went into the restaurant, they forgot half my order, haha. But they're really super speedy and NICE people. I love this location and lucky for me I live around the corner.

The service here is awful , I’ve tried giving them chances. I live right off Ethanac and will literally drive to the one off Clinton Keith for their outstanding service! Idk what it is with this one but they all have a bad attitude, poor service & the drinks taste different from other locations
