Went after work to get my dad a black coffee and I was given an order for someone else. My fault that I didn't check until I was almost home. I called the store and expressed my experience and they were quick to offer me a replaced for tomorrow when I get off from work. That was very nice and I truly appreciated it as a fellow customer service person. Thank you for quickly resolving the issue at hand.
