I had ordered a peppermint mocha and the new drink lavender matcha and it did not taste like peppermint mocha or lavender matcha and it felt so warm, not cold. Oh yeah, i had asked for no wip on the mocha and ended up getting the mocha. The sand part I have a habit that when I am getting close to home I take a sip. I mean yeah I could have gone back but I did not have a receipt to prove it. I am so not going to this one anymore.

Last I was there, I got coffee spilled on me in drive thru as I asked for a stopper and sleeve. They were out. Then I realized I hadn't had a napkin on previous visits.Even before then, I was wondering if they had a manager because mobile orders took too long. It's standing room only, no chairs.

Rude customer service. I was giving an additude when asking to use the restroom. I was then told they took the tables and seats out as well.That would probably mean they would have to partake in dealing with customer's that clearly are wasting the employees time making coffee as a life choice.
