This subway has everything that could be wrong. I have never been to a subway as bad as this one. The food, the staff that serves you, everything is wrong. They are very slow to serve you and they serve you in the worst possible way. I don't understand how a place like this can be so bad

When you close early, but leave your online orders on, is careless and when someone places an order online while you decided to close then you should CALL THE PERSON, it is so inconsiderate! But of course you don’t care. You’re getting paid to “close early” AND to make me call you because I still PAID!! Is HONESTLY WHY I wrote this review. Especially, cuz the money doesn’t go back on card right away.

On 04/04/24 at 4:07pm I arrived at subway #4674 which is located at 15 W Nuevo Rd in Perris Ca and left the place at 4:45pm with an argument with a worker who arrived at the place...When I entered the Subway there were 2 people serving and 2 people waiting in line to order. I was the third person waiting for them to start serving me. The guys who were serving were a young girl and the same white boy. They were serving the first person who was waiting in line and I didn't know what happened because I wasn't paying attention to them, until I saw that two guys who arrived were standing there. They approached the boy who was at the cash register and asked him for an order, after that another arrived and they began to place orders for those who were arriving. After that, the boy started sweeping behind the demonstrator and the girl stopped attending to the waiting line that became longer and longer and dedicated herself to making the orders she had on the phone. By then the time was getting longer and the people were He started to get upset because they weren't hurrying and the boy went back and the girl was left alone serving... 4 people who came in arrived for their orders that they made x line and they were upset because they weren't there and they had to wait for them. They did them for her, and the girl started working on the line orders alone, leaving us on hold. By then I arrived to place the order and I paused until she finished her orders from the guys who came in. Suddenly a worker arrived and I told her that they are taking a long time because I have been waiting in line for 40 minutes to order 2 sandwiches and she only had 2 people ahead of me when I arrived and the line did not advance to be served... the very despotic worker answered me because she has to wait because she is alone, which was not true because the girl was serving with a boy who a few minutes later The rude worker arrived, the boy went back and was not seen again... I had a man behind me who asked me how long we had been in line and I answered 40 minutes and I was upset that he said it was better to order x line. There, the worker who had barely arrived started very rudely yelling at me that if they were taking too long to serve me, I should not go to that place to buy anymore and we were at a loss for words. She is no one to tell the customer not to go shopping there, It's a shame that it takes 40 minutes to wait for some sandwiches with two people in front of you waiting in line...if it had been 15 minutes, no problem, but if they were too slow...on top of that, they made my sandwiches with the bread all broken, I They gave it all cold because the hollow girl took it out of the oven and started placing another order on the phone for three sandwiches, leaving mine two on hold. I don't even add the ingredients I asked for. The Hispanic worker who arrived was very overbearing and rude and should be fired because she does not know how to serve customers, much less behave in front of all of us who were waiting to be served. He started yelling at me just to say that they were taking too long. Her response was that she should not return to the place to buy. Instead of apologizing for the time it has taken, she starts arguing with me... I hope they give her a reprimand for being so rude and having a haughty behavior when answering the clientele... no. I put the names of the workers because I left very angry without asking them. But I have the hostID number T94M5RZMZDP2QW99 and the resive.

Never do online ordering there
They don’t even pay attention to what you want on the sandwich
I ordered a sub with double meat and double on the veggies and when I picked up my order it was so small and such a sad sandwich never again .

Bought a meatball sub online, only to find a moldy looking dried and burnt meatballs all over the sub. asked for refund they wont give one unless a manager is present and who knows when that is.

They marked my online order as ready but it wasn’t. It’s over 100+ degrees today and their air conditioning wasn’t working. Flies landed on my kid’s sandwiches so I ended up canceling my order inside. They even helped multiple guests and packed another online order while I was still waiting for mine. I got a full refund but that doesn’t take the hour I wasted trying to keep my order. I decided to cancel it when a fly landed on my kid’s sandwiches twice. I couldn’t in good conscience let my kids eat that sandwich plus with the heat inside the subway I felt we would all pay $50 to get sick. Worst subway experience of my life.
