One of your employees by the name of Matthew was very disrespectful to me in front of my kids As soon as I walked in he came off aggressive and rude we didn’t even get a chance to see the menu when Matthew decided to walk up and address me saying wassup wat can I get u.. I’ve never had that type of experience He got loud and tried to refuse me service because I told him to let me walk In and decide wat I want first. I asked him if he had a problem with my race or something.. he started getting louder telling me to get out I’ve never had a bad encounter at your location I stay right across the street it’s always been a great experience. I asked him for his name and for the managers number he hesitated another employee stepped out I believe her name is JENNIFER I will say JENNIFER was AWESOME she came from the back asked me if everything was okay I explained the situation and told her I’m just tryna get food for me and my kids. She apologized and made me and my sons the best Tuna Sub I’ve ever had 💪🏾🏆she also gave me a number to contact the manager and told me wat time I can come in and speak face to face with one. In the past I have never had a problem at your location it always been great energy hopefully this issue can be addressed because every race should be welcome at SUBWAY

I had the pleasure of being helped by Natalie during my recent visit to Subway, and she absolutely deserves a shout-out! From the moment I walked in, Natalie greeted me with a warm smile and a professional, upbeat attitude. You can tell she takes pride in her work—every sandwich she made for me was crafted with care, paid attention to detail, and very delicious!
What really stood out was how attentive she was to my preferences, asking the right questions and making great suggestions without rushing me. The sandwich not only looked great but tasted even better. It's clear that Natalie goes above and beyond to make sure each customer leaves happy. Even when busy, she does not stress and works pretty fast to keep the line of customers moving. I really like when she thanks me for being patient with my order.
